Poor packing, controller damaged in shipping.
IF I could give zero stars I would, Thet The game controller doesn't work, it won't connect to the PS4, it's useless a paper weight. Itvwas poorly packed, a few crumble pieces of packing paper around it. Controller must have got damage during shipping. Very disappointed, questioning wither I continue to order from Amazon again.

Looks New, but wrong color.
Controller works! It loooks like new and has plastic covering on parts , but is packaged in regular yellow envelope packaging since it’s refurbished. I Did rate it lower because it shows a blue controller and I got green instead which I do not like the color. But I’m happy with its condition and the fact that it comes with a charging cord.

Would not pair to my PS4 console
Will not pair to my PS4 regardless of what I tried to do - I turned off the console, charged the controller overnight, did the paperclip controller reset trick, tried Bluetooth pairing mode, connected with a data cable - and I tried all these in many different orders, just to make sure I wasn't missing anything. The controller is useless.
