Have the issues been resolved regarding the additional cards being the same as the original 52 and fitting in the box?

I don.t know - I had ordered more than one box- one had all the cards fitting into the box - the second order came with the extra cards outside and not fitting in the box

Why is there no club or spade card for 12 and 13

There should be a 12 in both clubs and spades. No 13's in these suits because you only need 63 cards for 6 players each getting 10 and 3 in the widow. If you are playing 5 handed you need 53 cards so take out the 2's and 3's in all suits and the 2 black 4's . I know some people who leave in the black 4's and play with a five card widow when playing 5 handed.

Is there a 500 sub deck with 4 each 11's, 12', and 13's, one of each suite to make a total of 65 cards (Ten for each player and 5 for the kitty.
