Great wireless set. Fit great in my ears as they came with a ton of different earbud choices. Sounds is amazing and the batteries lasts about 4 hours between charges. The charging box feels to be of high quality materials with magnetic closure and magnetic earbud retention. Not active noise canceling but the design does help minimize background noise. Voices are clean and clear. I like this set over the touch activated headphones because I was always accidentally pressing the buttons on those while this set has a tactile click when pressing. Very happy with my purchase hopefully I don't loose them like i always do.

I lost my Beats a few years ago and have been putting off replacing them. These are my favorite purchase I’ve made in a long while! They work even better than my Beats and a much better price!

It is a good earbuds. The only reason I take one star off is that not both sides work together in calling. Other than that, it is good.

I bought the same one about 4 month ago and gave it to my son who still uses and enjoys this bluetooth earbuds. He said that he does not need to charge quite often since this earbud case has a lot of extra power in it. And the sound is clear and TWS connection is solid.So, I wanted to buy one just for myself. I picked up another one yesterday morning and it got delivered last night. (a wonderful same day service :+). Normally, when the companies sell bluetooth earbuds, the units are already charged up to be used right away, but mine wasn't. It was completely drained and out of charge. So I had to charge the case/unit for a couple of hours. After that, it worked perfect. Connection was solid and sound quality was as good as it should be from Enacfire company earbuds.However, this morning, when I tried to use it again, the power was completely out!. the earbuds weren't working and the case had no power. It was very strange because I charged up at least a couple of hours last night and used the earbuds for an hour or so. Previously, I had the sample problem with a bluetooth earbuds from Anker/Soundcore. Same thing happened. For some reason, all the power got drained out of the case and the unit over night.Perhaps I received a defective unit? I do not know. I am going to charge up again and see how it is in next a day or two... Keep you posted...UPDATE : still the case can not hold the charges. I fully charged the case and the earbuds and of course, close the cover. but slowly but certainly the power was draining out of the case. I can only think of one reason. I believe the earbuds are still in "active" mode while they are in the case, without being shut down.

Fully charged you'll get MAYBE two hours of playtime before they go dead. Buyer beware! I've got no problem with the overall performance, fit, sound quality, other than the fact they advertise 4 hours continuous playtime. They do not last more than two hours tops.UPDATE 6/4/2020I would like to say that the company reached out to me immediately to offer me a replacement pair of earbuds at no charge, and I also didn't have to send the old pair back or sales receipts to prove my claim. They were very apologetic that my current pair failed. This is something that I was not expecting, and I didn't leave the first review in order to gain anything other than to warn other buyers about the overall playtime. I'm leaving a new 5 star review because this company obviously cares about their customers and that is a rare thing. Thank you, and I would buy from this vendor again based on their excellent customer service. I was told that the updated pair of earbuds I am receiving has a much longer continuous playtime. I am looking forward to receiving them! There was nothing wrong with the overall fit, performance, sound quality of the first pair other than the playtime. This is a quality item overall. These earbuds aren’t very good. Sound quality is tinny, and for that purpose you’d be better served by the wired pack-in headphones that come with most phones.Earbud build quality is fair but ergonomics are poor. The multi function button is a physical button and not a touch sensor, and it’s very stiff. This means that in order to actuate it you either need to awkwardly brace the earbud from behind or risk forcing the earpiece much too far into your ear. The charging case is made from cheap plastic and feels like it will break at the hinge after a moderate amount of use.Battery life seems decent, as does wireless range.Instructions are what you would expect, poorly written and mostly irrelevant.Packaging is very good — these probably probably won’t break until after you’ve unboxed them.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend these earbuds. There much are better wireless earbuds on the marker for the same amount of money.Additional note: These just showed up out of the blue one day from Amazon. I didn’t order them, I wasn’t charged for them, and they weren’t a gift. According to multiple sources this is a fairly common practice for overseas manufacturers. It allows them to write fake yet “verified” reviews of their products. Always be cautious when ordering from an unknown manufacturer; there are tools online that will show you whether or not a product is suspected of having fake reviews.

I bought these 6 months ago and wrote a 5 star review at that time, but I'm returning to write a second review now because of the outstanding service I received. I love these earbuds and they function as advertised with excellent sound, automatic bluetooth pairing, great functionality programmed into the buttons. My case stopped charging the earbuds unless they were plugged in even though all LEDs were lit (indicating a full charge) and even though the case could change other devices through a USB cord. I emailed the Enacfire support, they diagnosed the problem, and sent me a new case. I'm very impressed! This is a good company and they mean what they say when they claim that customer service is important to them.
