After using them for a variety of meals, I can say these are by far the best pans I have ever used. They have made cooking fun again. I got one of these. I was astonished that it simultaneously cooked my 4 strips of bacon and three eggs in about half the time as my air fryer, and the non-stick is extra slick, hardly needed any effort to clean. It's lovely to look at well. I'm asking each of my grown daughters if I may get them each one.

My husband says I should have a youtube channel for trying out non stick cookware. If you have ever own non stick cookware you will know that nothing is perfect. They all scratch and after a certain time the coating all starts to chip and the non stick doesn't work as well. I have purchased the really expensive brands right down to the cheap ones at my local Big lots store. To me they are all the same. Doesn't matter if they are made of copper, diamonds, granite, or whatever new material, they all have the same faults. I also have read a lot about the health effects of using a product that flakes off the pan as you cook it. All I needed something for was to make eggs and some pancakes for my family once in a while. This set was perfect. Small one made my eggs and the larger one pancakes. I can say I have had it for months with constant use and it is just now starting to show the wear and tare. When I compare quality of this pan set to the one my family member has that cost 5x this much that we bought around the same time, it is amazing how well this simple set has stood up to use. My family member actually remarked how their pan, just like the rest failed to maintain safe use. They went home and bought a set from Amazon just like I have. Will this last you forever? NO. Will it provide quality use and durability better than other brands - Yes! Note: I can't tell you how well this will hold up in the dishwasher because since we use it for eggs and pancakes, I wash immediately by hand. The use of these pans is so easy they wipe clean and then I wash quickly under water. They are really a great little set.

I've bought this skillet because I wanted something non stick that I could use to cook egg white omelets, etc. I'm trying to cut down on fat and cholesterol, and I don't like to use a lot of oil when I cook. This Blue Diamond skillet is a really nice size and it's very sturdy, and it comes with a lid. It's good value for money and overall I like it. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it's not truly non stick. You have to use quite a bit of oil when cooking things like eggs or omelets to prevent sticking. I'm a little disappointed about this and I should have read more reviews before I bought it. The instructions say that you should avoid using Pam or other non stick sprays, instead use higher smoke point oils like avocado, safflower, canola, etc. If you like to use a lot of oil when you cook, this pan will work great for you, but I hope this review helps others that are looking for a truly non stick pan. I would recommend spending the time researching your options to see which will work best for you, which what I should have done.

I’ve gone through a lot of frying pans over the years, including expensive stainless and traditional nonstick models, and this Blue Diamond 12" pan has honestly impressed me more than I expected. The size is excellent for larger meals, the heat distribution has been very even, and cleanup is unbelievably easy. Eggs, burgers, vegetables, and even delicate foods release with very little effort. It also seems to recover temperature quickly after adding food, which makes cooking much more consistent. One of the biggest reasons I chose this pan is because it uses a ceramic nonstick surface. I like the fact that I do not have to worry about PFAS or PTFE coatings. That gave me a lot more peace of mind compared to many traditional nonstick pans on the market. The pan also feels solid in the hand without being excessively heavy. For the price, I think the value is exceptional. So far, I’m very happy with the purchase.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Blue diamond fry pans.. I now have 3. Bought the first one (10") at the grocery store as mine was in bad shape. Found it really NON STICK... so bought a small one to just do eggs and omelets, so omelets would flip without sticking... bingo!! My 12" pans are a mess and everything sticks so I splurged and just bought the 12" with lid pan... my food just slips around in the pan, sometimes making it hard to turn things over as they slide away from my spatula.. LOL. I am careful not to burn things in them and I wash them out with just hot water, no detergent... and give them a good wipe down. Dont know if that helps ... but so far so good! They cannot be used on an induction type stove, magnets do not stick!

The first year I used my Blue Diamond 12 inch skillet, I never had any issues. It was wonderful! Food would slide off and I never had to do anything but rinse the pan. It was great! Slowly over time the non-stick surface stopped working. I had been careful to use only plastic coated utensils, no metal scrubbers, never burned the pan, cooked on lower heat, and handwashed, etc. (despite the packaging saying that you could place it in dishwasher and even use a knife on it!) The warranty states that the Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating is limited to two (2) years from the date of your purchase. My purchase date was August 29, 2023. I wrote into Blue Diamond customer service on February 11, 2025. I attached my original receipt and some pictures of the pan, as the warranty directions request. The picture shows carbonization on the pan that would not come off easily as evidence that it was no longer "non-stick". Customer service told me that I just needed to clean the pan the way they recommended. I tried the cleaning process they described, which removed the carbonization, but each time I cook, food continues to stick to the pan and will not slide off like it used to. This causes more carbonization despite following all the instructions. I again requested Blue Diamond to honor the 2 year non-stick warranty, as this pan has not remained non-stick for a full two years. I was just told that there was nothing they could do, they didn't feel it was a manufacturer defect. So therefore, the non-stick warranty is only words. You will enjoy at least a year of a good skillet, maybe more, but if it stops being non-stick in less than 2 years, don't expect any sympathy from the warranty department.

I have used these pans almost daily for over two years. Getting ready to order another set. They heat evenly, nonstick has lasted. The edges are slightly chipping which is why I wanted another set. Good quality and price.

I have done the pancake test, and even got distracted while an egg was burning on the stove. Still in excellent good as new condition. One egg stuck, but it was my fault, the pan was too hot, and it can off easily. Poor eggs! Easy to clean. Feeling good.

Despite the claims and price tag, food started sticking terribly to the fry pan after less than six months. I used and cleaned exactly as directed, but there were areas of the non-stick coating washing off. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to return this item for a refund or replacement, but I can warn others to avoid and look elsewhere for non stick fry pans.
