Great Warranty
I purchased a 4-year warranty from ASURION for an outdoor television. The TV stopped working a few months after the manufacturer's warranty expired apparently due to water damage. Asurion sent me a check for the full purchase price. This is exactly what I expected, and they came through quickly. Would buy again.

Asurion paid in full for failed TV
On 7/15/2019, I purchased a Samsung Q80 QLED TV and purchased Asurion's Extended 4-year service contract. In the last week of May 2023, the TV screen went blank. It took only a few days to have Asurion's local technician come to investigate. He said the TV had a panel failure and because repair likely would cost more than a new TV, Asurion likely would pay cash to me. He was correct. A few days later, Asurion contacted me and confirmed the technician's opinion. Today, I received Asurion's check for the full purchase price for the TV I bought on 7/15/2019. I bought a similar Samsung Q90C 2023 model for $2 more than I paid for the failed TV. I again included an extended service contract. I always wondered if one of my many Asurion service contracts would pay if I ever had a claim. Asurion paid full price with no argument. I am very happy with my Asurion extended service contract. Addendum: I am not happy that Asurion continues to pester me to rate my experience over and over and over again. I have completed ratings and surveys each 3 times. Enough already!

Thank you for resolving our issue timely. They're fully satisfied and appreciate the great service. While we are sad our TV didn't last very long and that was a hassle. I'm happy we were protected.

worthless warranty
I purchased this warranty for a 85" Samsung TV. The remote started disconnecting from the tv after about 5-10 minutes. The IR, WIFI, Bluetooth, and the smart things app won't work. I have filed 5 claims online and 3 over the phone. ASURION has sent 4 service techs on 4 different occasions. The entire internal parts of the tv have been replaced along with 6 different remotes, 2 of which were refurbished and the tv is still not working and now it has been taken apart enough times that is wont mount to the base correctly. So, if you want a tv that won't work and sits crooked in an entertainment center ASURION is for you. If you need a good warranty for any electronics look elsewhere, ASURION has been little to no help. The good news is I now have a $2700 paperweight.

They Took Care of It
Purchased an Asurion extended warranty with a Sony 85 Inch TV in 2023. The TV started experiencing screen issues less than 2yrs after purchase. It was past the Sony 1yr warranty. Called Asurion and they sent out a tech to verify which he did. They decided not to attempt a repair and refunded the full purchase price of the TV from 2023. It was all settled within 4 days and received a check 1 week later. I was able to get an upgraded TV for $700 less than the original price. Would recommend their warranty on a purchase like this.

Great protection plan
Bought this for a 75" Samsung TV. After two years the one connect box failed and wouldn't accept HDMI inputs. They put me in touch with two different techs but after they failed to schedule an appointment so they refunded the full purchase price of the TV no questions asked. Highly recommended if you are going to be purchasing an expensive TV.

Excellent service
Very happy with their response to the problem with my television. They sent out a technician within in a couple of days of my call (offered the next day, but I couldn't be at home). Technician took the TV, then let me know that it wasn't going to be able to be repaired. Asurion, contacted me, told me it couldn't be repaired, and had a check out to me within a couple of days. No muss, no fuss. Very pleased with their service.
