So far, so good. Got it for some shade in the garden. It's a good size, could fit 4 seats in there easy. You take the metal frame out and extend it out. Adjust the leg height by sliding the metal, and pushing in the pins to slide it higher. Sort of like putting up a big umbrella. You then pop the top over on, and secure it in place with pins on the legs. There's also velcro straps to hold it on the inside. You might need to duck a little to get in it if you're tall, I'm 5'4 and I was fine with space above. I also got weights for the legs as had it on concrete. I saw reviews of people using it on windy days and it breaking, just don't use it if it's windy like you wouldn't use an umbrella. I also wouldn't leave it out in the rain. Dry, sunny days for shade are perfect.
