They act fast and they are tiny so they are easy to swallow just like some other things that are easy to swallow. You swallow one of these and you are almost guaranteed not to have your food coming out the wrong orafice. Stops you from feeling like you have to vomit, so it's good. Gets rid of heartburn. splits great for 5 lb chihuahua
This pill splits very well into quarters. I use this for my 5 lb chihuahua because he has acid reflux. I have two pill cutters. One cuts this very well. The other does not do a great job. If this pill is not splitting well for you, it might be your pill cutter.
