Works from a safe distance.
I absolutely hate dealing with wasps, so having a reliable spray on hand is a must for me. This Raid Wasp & Hornet Killer really works! I love that it sprays from a distance, so I donโt have to get anywhere near the wasp or nest. The spray reaches where I need it to, and Iโve had great results with it killing wasps on contact. Iโve unfortunately been stung by wasps several times, and we also have a family member with a serious allergy to stings, so I take wasp nests very seriously. I keep this spray on hand so Iโm prepared if I spot one around the house. The 2-pack is especially convenient because I like having an extra can available when I need it. For me, this is one of those products I want to have ready before thereโs a problem rather than scrambling to find something afterward. Definitely a must-have for anyone who regularly deals with wasps or hornets around their home! Great value for money, speed is fast and I have never noticed a strong scent.

Strong, Accurate Spray That Took Care of the Wasps
I had wasps setting up shop in several places around my house, including inside my LeafGuard gutters where I only had a small opening to aim through. โ๏ธ Strong, concentrated spray โ๏ธ Good distance โ๏ธ Easy to aim into small openings โ๏ธ Kills exposed wasps quickly โ๏ธ Two cans in the pack The spray comes out in a strong, fairly straight stream rather than going everywhere, which was especially useful for getting it through the small openings in my gutters. The wasps I hit directly died very quickly. I couldn't see inside the gutters to know how many were actually in there or how many the spray reached, but shortly after treating the area, the wasp activity disappeared. One thing I'd recommend is wearing eye protection. You're spraying chemicals overhead and from a distance, and there's always the possibility of some spray or mist coming back toward you.

Not a single bald-faced hornet was able to leave the nest in time
Bought the pack of two, but only needed one. A decent-sized bald-faced hornet nest was built directly next to my primary entrance to my house, hanging above the door. Thankfully no stings/attacks yet, but because of the location, unfortunately they had to go. Until it was sprayed, the nest was constantly active, even at night. The Plan: Wait until 1 hour after sunset, then try to spray the sentry hornets posted on the outside before they can alert the colony to swarm. Aim all around the nest to wet it initially, then close in fast and aim straight into the entrance hole. If I see movement at the entrance, spray it again. The goal is to block up the entrance with as many hornet bodies as possible to prevent others from leaving. Wait 24 hours, then repeat the next night for any foragers that were away at the time. I also had a shop vac set up in my garage in case they swarmed, I panicked, and I somehow ran out of Raid all at the same time. How it went: Waited until an hour after sunset. A sentry was posted on the outside as expected. I bought and wore a beekeeper suit (way overkill with the Raid spray) just in case. I executed the first few steps exactly as planned - soaked nest, then moved in to create a wall of hornet bodies at the entrance. It worked perfectly. Not a single hornet made it out. The sentry died where they stood. Beekeeper suit, shop vac, and the second can of Raid were not needed. Nest had 100+ hornets in it, and I confirmed the queen died when I took the nest down the next day. ONLY negative I can think of is that because these sprays are so pressurized and therefore can spray over 20 feet, the can REALLY does not last long. If I set a timer, I would be surprised if you could spray a continuous stream for a full 15 seconds before the can was empty. But honestly, I think that's a fair trade-off for the distance it travels. Most people (including myself) probably use way too much out of caution. Final assessment: I am impressed. This spray made a stressful job easy, and helped prevent my family from getting stung. I was worried that not getting the foaming version would cause me issues, but realistically I know my bountiful spraying would result in most of the foam falling off. By morning I couldn't smell any of the spray around the entrance, and I still had a few seconds of spray left in the can (could still feel it when shaking the can, but not much). Would recommend. And since the nest was at my door, my doorbell got a front row view of the action (photo is from when I closed in to block the entrance after soaking the nest).

Tried them all and Raid is the best!
Listen I have tried every single hornet and wasp killer on the market and this stuff kills them the fastest. Other brands sometimes don't even disable them fast enough and I'm running screaming at the bee that's trying to sting me. Funny sight for my neighbors I'm sure, I'm not allergic but I am TERRIFIED of bees. That's also why I love that it sprays a good distance away from you. I don't have to get close to them in order to hit them, just have to be relatively accurate with my aim. I don't think it's messy really as I have never had it stain anything that I have sprayed and trust me I've gotten it all over all sorts of surfaces before. It smells the same as any other bug killer in that it does have a chemical scent but again if you want something that's going to take out your hornets and wasps quickly and effectively this is the stuff you want to go with!

Works pretty well but does not kill on contact
I have wasps, especially in late summer, and this does a good job on nests. You wait till nighttime -- this is very important, for a couple of reasons: 1) wasps are less active at night and 2) they will all or mostly be IN the nest at that time so you won't have survivors. Then you wait at least 24 hours before knocking the nest down. The only thing is, this does NOT kill on contact. It does kill individual wasps, but not immediately. So if you expect the wasps to immediately drop, you'll be in for an unpleasant surprise.

Nice to have on hand
Raid is a brand I've used before, and I like having a can of wasp and hornet spray available because this is definitely something you want on hand before you discover a nest. The long-distance spray is one of the most important features for me because it allows you to treat wasps and hornets without having to get unnecessarily close to them. It's also designed to kill the insects as well as treat the nest, which makes it much more useful than trying to deal with individual wasps one at a time. This is particularly useful to keep in the garage or with outdoor supplies during the warmer months when nests can suddenly appear around decks, sheds, rooflines, and other areas around the hous

Great reach and killed the nest quickly
This wasp spray had very good reach, which let me treat the nest from a safe non stinging distance. It worked quickly and was effective for what I needed. I also noticed very little odor compared with some other insect sprays I have used. Overall, the long spray range and how quickly it worked would make me use it again.

The Best Wasp Nest Killer On The Market
This product is absolutely wonderful. I've used it over the years and most recently I've used it to kill wasps nests in 2 very inaccessible places and even without directly hitting the nest the jet of spray has been enough to kill the nest. It really does fire as far as it claims. I just wish it was still available in the UK. I had to order it from the UK. Although apprehensive about this my package was dispatched very quickly and arrived much earlier than anticipated. I don't think there is anything better on the market.

Service was fine, but the product was absolute rubbish
Service was fine, but the product was absolute rubbish. Should be a foam which covers the nest, but just came out in a jet of liquid & was gone in seconds. Killed some hornets, but the large majority are now re-building the nest. Complete waste of money.

no sign of the wee buzzy beggars after a quick spray of this juice
I had a problem with itinerant honey bees occupying a void above a window. we all know that honey bees are extremely territorial and protective of their hive so being able to apply the juice from some metres away was handy. of course I used ppe - overall, goggles, gloves and vent mask. breathe this stuff and you'll be woosy at the least. as there was a lot of coming and going during the day, I waited until dusk and then gave the entrance to the void a good soaking and sprayed what i could inside and then vacated the area toot sweet. having made sure all my house doors and windows were firmly closed I waited for the bees to scarper. when I went out to check the next day there were no bees to be seen and they had all gone off. so this juice worked well in seeing off the occupation army. I had called beekeepers who declined as it was within the building

Good spray range and easy to use, but don't get over confident! Does exactly what it says on the tin, a good product.
