can the tubing be remove

No, it's designed as a closed-loop cooling solution, which means that it's not meant to be taken apart. It's pre-filled with coolant; removing the tubing would basically make the system useless and probably beyond repair.

I see it is compatible with an lga 2011. is it compatible with an lga 2011-v3 though? i didnt see where is says it would

If a cooler is compatible with 2011 it's usually compatible with v3 as well.

I have a question how much time is the cooler life time?

My pump died at like 20 months fortunately it was within warranty and I got a replacement.
