Wall O' Water Repair Kit—6 Pack

The Wall O' Water is useful tool for starting garden plants early in the season. This is a repair kit for that product. I hope we never need it, but if we do we'll be glad we have it.

I have used Wall O Waters for several years to extend the growing season and also to protect newly planted plants and through careful(?) hoeing and other mishaps, some of the tubes leaked. What to do?? Aha!!! Wonderful solution - repair tubes for Wall of Water, easy to use, durable, and make the product as good as new. Repairs purchased at Amazon - very reasonable cost for repairs and surprisingly fast receipt of product.

I use these to protect my warm season crops like tomatoes in my area were I get freezes even into june. So I have had new roses in these (roses were sprouting already when purchased) and temps went down to 14F total ice in the walls...but with the warming of the temps during the day the ice melted and the roses were perfect. We do have an extreme climate in the mountians with 50F swings during the winter most of the time. This presents challeges which walls o water help with. I have abotu 36 of these ...the neg is sometimes they do pop a leak. Then they need repaired. Use a construction 5 gal bucket to assit with setup on new plants.

I thought I was ordering wall o waters not the repair kit

I have been using Wall O' Waters for over 20 years. I could never get as much produce so soon in the season without them. My neighbors & friends thought I was looney planting in early March when temperatures were below freezing for 2+ more months. I do cover them with sheets at night when the temperature is in the mid 20's or lower. When my friends were buying & planting their broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower from the garden center, I was harvesting my first heads! Everyone stops by to look at my garden. Oh, by the way, I have 1 1/2' tall raised beds with compost/loam soil that thaws out 2 months before ground dirt. Those 3 things give me a super early start to the garden for us die-hards.

I use these to get my tomato and cucumber plants in the garden early. After several years I have only had one leak. The repair tube works fine.

These are helpful to have. Glad I bought them when I bought my walls of water. Needed them right away. The difficulty I have is keeping them upright in the cells. Turned out adjacent cell seams opened up, so I had to put three of the repair cells side by side. Since no seam was available to help support them, all three sagged.

I start my tomato plants in March outside with these. I needed more this year as I started earlier. I looked at Home Depot and the local nursery and they seemed to be a ridiculous price. This was the best price I found.
