Great product, good value for the price, and extremely functional for keeping my shop and storage room smelling fresh and keeping mice, rats, and spiders away. I mix up a spray with the peppermint, water and witch hazel,,, and the little critters left the buildings!

Purchased this as a deterrent for persistent rats. They apparently hate it as we have not seen any further evidence of their presence. It is pungent and can be used quite sparingly but the fragrance is pleasant and it certainly seems to do the job. I will definitely purchase again if the need arises and strongly recommend if you want to be rid of rats/mice.

Good value for the price. You get a good size bottle of peppermint for the price. Smells good and not chemically. I mix this with fractionated coconut oil to use in my diffusers. Works great for me.

We use this for our homemade body mousse. We also use it to relieve headaches. It makes an excellent mouse repellent too. The bulk packaging makes it a good value.

I have never purchased a larger bottle of Essential Oil before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but so far I am extremely pleased. Using it initially as a pest deterrent, as I have a little cubby area next to our attic that I realized some mice had made their way into - and unfortunately further into the cubby is an area that I am unable to reach to seal up properly, so after remedying the situation as best I could - I proceeded to use some of this diluted down with water in a spray bottle and went to town on the area. After cleaning as best I could, and then spraying the cubby with this somewhat liberally, I feel MUCH better now for two reasons. One: I know this is a deterrent to rodents and their sense of smell, so re-misting the area every couple of weeks will be easy to do. So I don't think they will want to come back in through that area. And two: The entire cubby and surrounding area now smell really nice - and just like what I would imagine that Santa's WORKSHOP smells like... Like Peppermint! Makes sense, right? Which to me is a nice win/win situation.

This peppermint oil is the real deal. I use it around my house to eliminate rodents and other bugs in my yard. I also use it on my hair. The smell is very strong and I love it.
