Are these lighters 'pizo-electric' and not flint?

Yes, Not flint. Decent quality.

How to fill my torch lighter. I just had it upside down & the Butane flies everywhere ?

You turn the gas all the way off, get a butane canister with the long spout, press a screwdriver into the nozzle where the butane goes in to drain pressure, turn the lighter upside down, and press the canister into the hole firmly. DO NOT PUMP THE CANISTER.

How much butane does this lighter hold?

It takes about 3 presses to fill mine to where it won’t take any more. I then used it on an aft deck of a cruise ship to light and keep trimming large ring 6 inch cigars in the breeze. It ran out in the middle of the 16th cigar. Hope this helps.

What material is in the oragne lighter that causes the longet shipping time?

Not sure but I would reccomend not buying it it quits working after about three weeks.
