Defective Product
In all the years I have been making river tables this has never happened. Followed instructions explicitly. Room was well ventilated and between 72-78 degrees Fahrenheit the whole time. This never cured and was runny/sticky 7 days after the pour. I'm convinced I just received a defective product but now I'm frustrated as the seller is not responding.

Poor product
I have used this product in the past with no issues. I have commissioned tables I am working on and opted to order this product due to great pours in the past. I poured the tables today and extremely unhappy with this product. Everything looked good then at hour 9 of curing it became overheated with bubbling and hardened. I will probably have to router the epoxy out and go with a new brand. A loss of 3 gallons of epoxy. I obviously can’t return it so out the $ unless the company is willing to refund.

The product didn’t perform as expected!
I’ve used this product several times, following all the instructions properly; however, this time it was a disaster. I just used 15 gallons of this product on a large black walnut epoxy table I’m building. I was building this table in a well ventilated, climate controlled shop. Four hours after the pour I noticed the epoxy was becoming extremely hot. The epoxy was poured at 1 3/4” thick, which was something I’ve done with this product on previous builds. I tried cooling the epoxy down, with no luck. The epoxy began harding and cracking. Now, I have several large cracks, and separating from the wood. This was an expensive purchase to have such a failure. I used to recommend this product, however the quality is not what it was. Be careful!

WARNING !
This product overheated and had uncontrolled exotherm even at 2" pour. 8" test container, good air circulation, 72 degree room temp. Container says "up to 4" thick pour" my test pour distorted, and expanded a 1/4" up as it heated around the 9 hour mark. Instructions say not to mix more than 1 qt at a time, bottle says not more than 1 gallon at a time. Ridiculous limits for deep pour projects .Glad I did a test first. Also, return policy is 30 days - period ! Including shipping time. Took 10 days for mine to arrive. So really its 30 days ( from purchase date ) . Also, shipping boxes were thin and cheap, dented corners, loose tape.. no damage luckily. Overall, I have used many deep pour epoxy resins for river tables over the years and will not be using this product again, and would not recommend it. Perhaps, I got an old batch. Fair warning.

Will NOT honor a return!
This company is impossible to deal with, no matter what the issue is!!! The 3 gallon shipment of epoxy came spilt all over the box including all over the directions. I am very experienced at deep pouring epoxy. This product would not cure. I tried several times to no avail. This caused several molds to be destroyed due to not curing, including destroying my projects that I had to throw out. I made a request for a refund. The company allowed a refund at my expense of $30. Then, two weeks later when I contacted them as to why I haven’t received a refund they gave me the run around. Long and the short of the story. THEY WILL NOT HONOR A REFUND,,,NO MATTER WHAT!! Now I am out the cost of 3 gallons Epoxy AND the $30 cost to me to send them the epoxy back to the company, disgusting!! They are corrupt!!! I will stick with the company that has been consistent and are easy to communicate with, this NEVER would have happened with my usual company that I deal with.

Large amounts of Shrinkage.... Never again.
Followed the directions maintained the heat and dehumidifier to keep the room at the recommended temperatures and humidity did a 2-5" wide river pour, exactly what the product is described as being used for. the Thickness was 2" but to be sure I first poured a 1/2" base waited for the to setup but still be sticky, and then poured the 1.5" final pour with blue flake. Results large amounts of shrinkage, which resulted in several large cracks "across" the river, and a few thin ones along the river. A huge project, to take two rough cut 6 foot live edge cedar planks to planed and sanded and gotten "just right" final desk top ready tops, after hours of work, nearly destroyed by this product. Was able to recover the project with a lot of sanding and touch up re-pours, but the cracks are not invisible.... and ended up in hours and hours of retouch up work.... would never buy this product again. I had high hopes, being that it seemed to be designed for this specific application...

Bad product
Product does not work as described. Very long long dry time. Does not dry clear - it’s a hazy yellowy opaque color. If you love lots of bubbles in your epoxy, then this is the product for you.

WARNING: MAJOR SHRINKAGE
I don't normally write reviews for products but I had to write this one. After spending 8 weeks working on this table I finally got to the pour. My slabs were both perfectly flat and the pour was only 2 in thick. However, this product suffered major shrinkage during the cure! So much so that it cupped my table resulting in a 3/4 in contour. This is easily visable, and completely takes away from all the work done thus far. As far as I'm concerned this ruined a one of a kind multi-thousand dollar table. Yes, I would like my $750 back, but more importantly I wish I could go back in time and choose a different brand of epoxy that doesn't suffer major shrinkage. Learn from my lesson.
