Great product! Will last for years.
I bought mine back August of 2019, bought couple other grills so didn’t use my Oklahoma Bandera vertical smoker until April 2026 and it still works amazingly! Highly recommend 🤠

Not bad.
I've had this basket for close to a year now, and I'm pretty happy with it so far. I've burned quite a few fires in it, and it's held up pretty well. Assembly was quick and easy, and it's the perfect size for my Highland firebox. It has warped a little bit after so much use, making it difficult to get in/out of the firebox at times, but that's to be expected. When my current one wears out, I'll definitely buy another.

Erector Set for grown ups
All Boys were trained in this assembly method back in the 60s. This was exactly the same, but made better with properly fitting parts, and no missing pieces. Easy as Pie! Use the Pictorial guide included. You should end up with a box that looks like a metal milk crate! The finished basket fit easily into the firebox of my beloved OKJ Longhorn smoker. I'm looking forward to fueling up once for the duration of the Smoke! Excellent addition to an excellent smoker.

Worth the investment
Without this it wasn't really possible to get a consistent temperature on the smoker. Two lit weber starters full of lumpwood coal lasted 6 or 7 hours at least. This along with latches and gasket felt have enabled me finally to use this smoker properly!

It’s nice but not necessary
I bought this and used it once. I don’t think it’s necessary. But quality is good and looks nice.
