Is there a smaller bag available? Want to make tortillas and the recipe calls for 1 pound at a time. So 5lbs or less would work

25lb is the smallest that I have found. I make tortillas with my corn too.

Can this corn be malted for spirit distillation?

Don’t know why not. It’s ordinary field corn that’s been thoroughly screened and cleaned. Probably the same stuff the major distillers use by the truck/train load.

Can it be used to make popcorn? Thank you.

No. sorry. It will not pop well. Popcorn has a different type of kernel from a different line (genetics) of corn than this. If you tried to roast/toast these kernels you would get something similar to corn nuts.

Can this be ground into grits?

Yes it can. Though to get "Southern" grits, you will need to sift off (bolt) the finest portion. Thanks for the interest. Brian
