Cold Steel C-Clip Small (Pack of 2), Black

Good affordable clips that can be worn on almost any clothing item. Works well with jeans, with a belt, or even throwing it over the waist of sweat pants. Retains the knife on the belt well with the ability to slide and adjust. I really like the Spyderco G-Clips, but at 20$ a clip, and I can't stop buying knives, had to find more economical solution. This is a decent option. Not nearly as "nice" as the spyderco, but functional at a 1/4 the price.

Great addition to the Mini Fixed Blade Sheaths from Cold Steel and likely others. There are no instructions for installing these included in the packaging, just the contents and quantities. The Four thinner discs are washers, not spacers. They are there to prevent the screw head from popping through the slotted portion of the clip screw holes. The spacers are all the same size and I'll have to cut them down so the clip is closer to the sheath, but even with the gap shown, it's on there solidly. When I do that, I'll apply some Blue Loc-Tite to the screw threads to prevent them from unscrewing during use. I was able to use this pack to mount clips on Two different knives. It clips on to my belt quite securely and is very hard to remove without removing the belt from my waist. These are made of the same plastic Cold Steel uses in their Secure-Ex sheaths, so I'm sure the durability for these will be off the charts. They match the sheath perfectly and the multiple hole positions insures a fit on just about anything. I will definitely be buying more for my other knives, even some non-Cold Steel blades.

This thing was not perfect for the cold steel bird and game knife. But sure works good enough. Would I use this clip for a knife that costs more than 50 dollars probably not I would go with the ulticlip. However if you want a clip for a 20 dollar knife this is the one why would you spend 15 dollars on a 20 dollar knife doesn't make sense. The plastic on the clip is super hard and you have to try and break it. Maybe if your working some construction job and something slams into you it could break but if your taking it hunting or just edc it's fine. Holds tight even when grabbing the knife. I know this was a terrible review that was not very organized. Bottom line if you have a cheap knife you need a clip for this is good value for your money!

These belt clips are the most versatile and adjustable of any I could find. (It sure would be nice if the industry could standardize the spacing of holes on the edges of Kydex knife sheaths.) I’m thankful for the adjustability. But keep in mind that you will be juggling a screw, a washer, a spacer, a ‘nut,’ the sheath, and the clip. You’ll need three hands, two small screwdrivers (magnetized is great), good lighting, and your neighbor Larry’s extra hand as well to hold everything in place while you get the threads started. But I now have a sturdy horizontally mounted small knife at my waist. I’m trying that out some days instead of a folding knife for everyday use. One of the main reasons I got this was that I can slip the sheath on and off of my belt between the belt loops without threading the whole thing onto the belt ahead of time. Works great!

Pretty disappointed with this product and its application on the cold steel double agent. I am using the small version as indicated in the description of the product before purchase. Application of pressure to secure the screws at the top/entry point of the scabbard, if tight enough to hold the screws together, keep the knife blade from separating from the scabbard. I am not quite sure exactly how this is intended otherwise but I followed the cold steel YouTube video for installation. For $5 returning this product is a waste of gas to the post office. I hope I can find some other use for it or figure out a better application to the double agent. Very small screws (Chicago screws I believe they’re called) and a small opening in which to work exacerbate the process. As a neck knife The double agent is a little large, but it’s blade holster has grommet holes which can be used to attach it to gear including plate carriers or bags with MOLLE straps and paracord. Admittedly I am not a mechanical or coordinated person manually but this is as simple as it gets and doesn’t seem to work very well for me. Knowing what I know now I would not buy it again. As titled; these C-Clips; once they go on your belt, they are NOT coming off without some very concerted force & effort, and maybe a curse word or two. :-) This is a very GOOD thing and is exactly what you should want in a product like this. If you want something that you are going to be donning & doffing frequently, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you want to know that whatever you mount this to, is clipped on your belt absolutely as secure as possible, buy these Cold Steel C-clips!! I mean; it's not *that* difficult to remove, but you definitely have to know what you are doing & it takes 2 hands. They came with hardware & all the stuff needed to throw them right onto a cold steel spike. Very nice clips, going to get the large ones next. Buy these.

Not well thought out, haven’t been able to get it to fit, 2 come in the pack they are very brittle and one broke the first day. No real way to attach the clip to the sheath, wobbles, hard to slide over anything , lose once you get it slid over ie pants top, just feels insecure, hardware is delicate and instead of rubber grommets they have cheap plastic ones that offer no tension retention, no lock washers , they lossen up really easy. Needs to be redesigned, would not recommend this purchase, bummer cause I love their knife . Just can’t carry it anywhere

Came as described and works. The clip was too big to fit into the molle on my belt and too short to fully fit around the belt so keep that in mind if that’s why you’re getting it.

Amazing throwing knife, great quality, tip will not get dull!!! Glad I bought the 6pack instead of 3.
