Is this phone unlocked to any network as I have just placed the order with you and just assumed it is but dont see any mention of it on the add??

I can only advise on the experience I have found with my phone, which was unlocked to all networks.

Yes it is, I used a 3 sim originally and have recently switched to O2

Will the device be waterproof?

That depends on the level this device has been “Refurbished” since its amazon certified rather than anything 1st party, i wouldn’t count on it. If they’ve opened it up then that will have broken any seal, likewise if the previous owner took it in any kind of water that wasn’t fresh, salt water and chlorinated water will damage the waterproof adhesive. My advice is if you want a waterproof device, you best buy brand new.

In the description it says that the wireless carrier is aldi talk. does this mean that i cant use a uk sim? because aldi talk isn't uk based.

I never noticed the Aldi talk carrier but I took the sim from my old phone and put it in the new phone (after transferring all the data from the old phone). The new phone has been great
