Such a beautifully designed knife! The handle snugs your hand. The pattern is gorgeous! It's really light and spot on for grip. I can't wait to use this! You can't beat the price for such a great knife! Came super sharp!

This knife was a gift for my cook son. He loved this knife so much that he only uses it for special occasions. The rest of the time, it is clean and in the beautiful presentation box in which it came. This may not be the high-end Japanese equipment sold, but it is sharp and very beautiful. Worth every penny!

A little bit late on my review. Purchased the ninth 2023. I collect a lot of knifes including Japanese knives. This is a German knife from what they advertise. I will say upon my review it’s not horrible, but it’s not GREAT. It’s not super sharp as well as they described. It’s a mediocre knife in my opinion. It gets the job done. Now, it looks great, but if you’re looking for quality, you’re gonna have to purchase something a little bit more expensive. It’s very heavy on the handle back end, but sturdiness, comfort, and functionality of this knife it is great. The sharpener that it comes with it’s not all that great as well.
