I love this book. I have a soul crushing job where I work 13 hour shifts four days a week and I spend it entirely on my feet. Every four weeks I rotate from nights and days. The book makes me laugh and remember tommorow is a new day!

The book is sturdy, good quality, great color/printing that you would expect from Chronicle Books. I gave it only a 4 not a 5 because a lot of the text doesn't sound true to Retsuko's voice, but instead generic American comments on office life that Retsuko MIGHT think. It's not nearly as funny or insightful as the show, but it has its moments.Also, at times there is too much text, and it's weird that the book lists no author at all (who wrote all that text?).If you're a diehard Aggretsuko fan though, it's still worth owning.

The style reminded me of a bit like Scott Adams's Dilbert Principle, wherein chapters have comics scattered through them as they discuss work culture. Though, this was much shorter and traded some general relatability to be more tied to the show than a person's general office experience. Fans of the show may like it as a quick read, but I didn't feel there was much there.

Cute gift , nerdy gf loved it. However please ship it wrapped or covered. The back of the book had dents in it. Dents plural... not good for gifts

I could easily be Aggretsuko... the office worker who needs to vent Tec... this book stays true to the anime series and the artwork and story is spot on. It does touch a lot on events that were brought up I the show so if you've seen the animation you'll understand the book better.

Very good read and lots of comedic relief. There were a couple things I was surprised were not included, but it covers the basis and give a good laugh. It is a little short for the size of the book and the pages are thick.

I relate to Retsuko on a spiritual level. I love Aggretsuko, and this goes well with my collection.

I bought this as a gift for my bf as we both saw the anime. So of course I had to get this for him and he loves it

I got this as a Christmas present for one of my work friends/colleagues. They obviously haven't opened it yet, but I had a flick through and it is pretty funny. 4* as there isn't a great deal of content and this item is the epitome of novelty purchases, but still enjoyable and relatable as a 20 something, working life millennial.

Als ich zum Release Day zufällig auf aggretsuko gestoßen bin, war ich seit der ersten Folge Feuer und Flamme. Der artstil, die kleinen Details die hübsch verpackte aber harte Wahrheit.Ich habe mir die komplette Staffel bestimmt schon gefühlt zehn mal angeschaut und jedesmal fallen wieder kleine Details auf die man bei den anderen malen garnicht beachtet hat. Nichts desto trotz geht es hier um das Buch zum "Büro Leben" die oben aufgeführten Aspekte gelten auch im Buch, liebevoller artstil, die Wahrheit und Achtung! - Neue Bilder die nicht in der Serie vorkommen von altbekannten Charakteren. An sich ist das ganze Teil in 30 Minuten gelesen, aber ich konnte vor lauter lachen nicht mehr und selbst hier wette ich genauso wie in der Serie, das ich nach mehrmaligem lesen auch wieder auf versteckte Details stoße. Hat es mir geholfen meinen Büro Job etwas lockerer zu sehen und mehr Spaß im Leben zu haben? Definitiv! Aggretsuko ist und bleibt einer dieser kleinen Erinnerungen im Gedächtnis, das man sich gerne an seinen harten Tagen im Büro bildlich vor Augen führt und versucht dem Chef nicht ins Gesicht zu lachen obwohl er einen gerade klein machen möchte. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Es un libro ligero solo para pasar el rato, si viste la serie habrás identificado a muchos de los personajes que allí salen con tus compañeros de trabajo. El libro llegó solo está en inglés pero para mí eso no fue obstáculo, el envío de Amazon como siempre sin problemas.

Increíble libro ,corto, colorido y que te la pasas genial con cada descripción de personaje y de la vida del oficinista con el que se identifica.
