Really helpful for sleep
I've always had a hard time falling asleep, I'm one of those people that HAS to take melatonin or z-quil on a regular basis. I decided to branch out and try a different/more natural approach so I decided to go with essential oils. I read up on a bunch of different types and I was pleased to find this one that has almost all the oils that help with sleep. It has: chamomile, clay sage, copaiba, lavender, Peru balsam, sandalwood, sweet marjoram and ylang ylang oils. It actually has a really nice smell to it, and it's strong, if you get it on your hands you'll be smelling it for awhile. I've been using a diffuser that sends out a mist for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. I just turn it on while I'm getting ready for bed then once I lay down it only takes about 15-20 minutes for me to fall asleep! It's great! I stay asleep through the night and I don't wake up groggy. My boyfriend even noticed that he's been getting into a deeper sleep lately. I see on the reviews that people put the oil on their feet and that helps them to sleep, I haven't tried that yet but I definitely will be doing it soon. I did receive this product from the seller for a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion but Good Night essential oils has definitely earned the 5 star review. They produce nice, high quality oils that actually do what they're supposed to. I'd recommend this to anyone who likes using essential oils, or anybody that has trouble sleeping and doesn't want to be taking sleeping medication every night. It's a natural alternative that's just as effective!

My personal experience with this oil and an activity tracker
It may seem like I digress, but I am going to relate what MY experience is with this essential oil. It very well might not be the same for you. I have a wrist activity tracker that not only tracks steps during the day but measures the quality of my sleep at night. By "quality" I mean, it charts how long I sleep and calculates what percentage was "sound or deep" and what percentage was "light" sleep. Please note the caveat this activity tracker states in it's literature: "Deep sleep represents the more restful sequences of sleep and provides the largest contribution to how rejuvenating your sleep is. Light sleep also has a valuable but less understood role. These classifications of sleep are intended for consumer sleep tracking to understand quantity and quality of sleep and are not equivalent to medical sleep cycles and measures." I would underline this last sentence if I could. So we can agree this tracker is a rather primitive method to measure quality of sleep. That being said, I have been tracking my sleep since December 2014 and at best, I would achieve 50% of each kind of sleep. Most of the time I enjoy a little more light sleep than deep. The first night I rubbed a 1% dilution (with almond oil) on the soles of my feet, my activity tracker showed twice as much deep sleep as light sleep! I was astounded. So I started experimenting with it. Skipped the oil some nights, applied it some nights, and got the same readings. This last week, I skipped it 4 nights in a row and got the 50% readings. Last night I applied the oil and got 4 hours and 30 minutes of deep sleep and 2 hours and 36 minutes of light sleep. I do not know if we are supposed to have so much deep sleep so I cannot say this is a good or bad thing and I still wake up 2-4 times during the night with or without the oil. This has been my experience. Weighing in on the aroma controversy: I love this recipe. It smells very calming to me.

Wonderful But Very Strong Smelling Good Sleep Essential Oil
Good Sleep Essential Oil (Comparable to Young Living's Peace & Calming Blend) 100% Pure, Best Therapeutic Grade - 10ml - Includes Chamomile, Copaiba, Lavender, Sandalwood & More First, let me start off by saying that this Oil blend of Chamomile, Copaiba, Lavender, Sandalwood & More has a very powerful smell to it. Just a couple of drops and the smell lingers for hours. That being said, I wouldn't recommend it to people whose sinuses are very sensitive, which probably isn't too many people. For the rest of us, who can stand a strong but pleasant smell, and that includes myself, I would highly recommend trying this product. While the smell lasts a long time, it is a sweet and pleasant smell. However, I find that Good Sleep Essential Oil did not help me sleep any better at night. It is more for leaving a lasting aroma in the environment and on the body. The Good Sleep Essential Oil gets major respect for its strong, long-lasting smell. It is more useful as a perfume than a sleep inducer. For that reason, I did not give it five stars. So I would highly recommend it to people who like pungent smells. I would not recommend this product to those who are adverse to an odoriferous smell.

Light Pleasant Scent
I love essential oils and I had never heard of this brand before I accidentally came across it when I was helping a friend pick out EOs for her new difusser. I have several large difusser a that last for almost 24hrs. I tend to use a lot of EOs in my diffusers for all kinds of reasons. I was one of the EOs people that bought into the two huge EO companies and started being a rep for them but I just wasn't that impressed with the prices, which were highly overpriced, and I really only used one or two of their EOs for the prices that I was paying, it really was all I could afford. The other EOs, I would find from other EO companies online and use them for my difussers. So, when I read the information about this EO and that it was similar to the other EOs that I enjoyed from the high priced companies, but couldn't afford to difuss at all, I decided to give this EO a try. Right now, I did have to add quite a bit to my difusser just to smell it, but like I stated above, I have larger difussers, so I expected that. It does have a pleasant relaxing smell and I'm rather enjoying it right now. I do plan on purchasing more EOs from this line when I am paid. I'm very interested to see how they work. I also plan on telling my friends about this EO line so that they don't fall into the expensive EO buying trap that I fell for. This EO company proves that quality EOs can be made for a very affordable price! There is no need to spend hundreds a month when you can buy similar EOs from this company and just pay a fraction of the cost. The only thing that I really hope from this company is more information on their EOs instead of a vague explanation. For instance, the usage of the EOs, what they can be combined with, how they can help with certain ailments, the ingredients, and so on. But other than that, I'm very happy with what I have purchased and plan on purchasing more in the next couple weeks.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, okay PRODUCT
I am in no way an expert when it comes to essential oils. I needed an essential oil to help relax at night. I had tried DoTerra's Serenity and it worked amazingly, but didn't have such an amazing price tag. In searching out other options I found this Good Night Blend by Healing Solutions. Because of all the great reviews, the great price and the satisfaction guarantee I decided to order it. The smell of the oil was slightly more orangey than I would have liked, and it didn't seem to spread as well as DoTerra's when applying topically. One drop of DoTerra seemed to go a long way whereas this Good Night Blend didn't spread very well at all (This could be because it's not meant to be applied topically). Either way the affect was not the same as DoTerra's Serenity, and didn't help me fall asleep as the latter did. SO WHY DID I RATE THIS 3 STARS IF I DIDN'T ENJOY THE PRODUCT? Luckily for me (and all you) if you try the product and you don't like it you can get a full refund- For that reason alone I will probably do business with them in the future. Who knows, maybe some of you will like it better than me- it's no hassle to try it so you might as well. The customer service department is friendly and responds quickly--- Five Star Customer Service, but this was just a mediocre product so they get three stars...

Good nights and sweet dreams
I've been having issues sleeping for several years now. Children, stress, anxiety/depression have resulted in most nights too tired to do anything, yet unable to fall asleep, and then once I am asleep waking up a few hours later and up for a few hours before falling back asleep again. I've been trying to address the sleep issues from every direction possible and essential oils were recommended to me. I started looking into it, but got a little overwhelmed at all the information out there for how to use or combine various oils for various issues. So, I was very glad to find Good Night Essential Oil. I purchased this along with the Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser 7 colors - 120 ml Portable Ultrasonic Cool Mist Aroma Humidifier with changing Colored LED Lights, Waterless Auto Shut-off and Adjustable Mist mode to use in my bedroom at night. The scent is really appealing, not overwhelming, sweet and soothing and it takes just 3 drops of this oil in the diffuser to fill the room with the comforting scent for hours. My kids were asking about it the first time I used it and asked for me to let them have the "good dreams oil", too. So, I mixed a little with some coconut oil and put a bit on their necks. They request it all the time. I finally bought another diffuser so they could have their own for their room. My youngest daughter, 5-years-old, even asked if she could take some with her for a sleepover. The only issue I have is that I wish it poured out a little bit slower. This oil is part of my arsenal against insomnia and things have been getting better. I will definitely keep purchasing it as needed.

Better than Melatonin
Not only is the smell pleasant, but it works. The first few times I used it, I used it while taking 5mg of Melatonin. I feel asleep within quite quickly. I have since run out of Melatonin, but using this on the bottom of my feel seems to do the trick. I like it better than the Melatonin as the Melatonin seems to wear off after a few hours and I wake up and cannot get back to sleep without taking more which I really, really don't like to do. I originally purchased this for my 13 year old. She has struggled with falling asleep since birth, no exaggeration. She also was taking 5mg of Melatonin. She says Good Sleep Blend works as good as Melatonin but she's able to get back to sleep better when she awakens in the middle of the night. I'm glad I took a chance on this product. I don't like giving my children a sleeping aid in the form of a pill. It's just doesn't sit right with my conscious. But what's a parent to do when faced with a child that has difficulty falling asleep. I appreciate that there are products out there that actually do what they claim. I normally do not write reviews. I just don't have the time. But this product is worth the break in my day to sit down and formalize a few thoughts.
