Can Eat Dairy Again!
I’ve had trouble digesting Dairy for a few years now. Had one of these before eating cheese and I haven’t had any problems such as Bloating, Wind, Diarrhoea. Amazing.

A Must-Have for Dairy Lovers
These have become something I like to keep on hand whenever I’m going to eat dairy. They’re small, easy to take, and convenient to carry with me when I’m eating away from home. I especially like the Fast Act version because I can take it right when I’m having a meal instead of having to plan far in advance. It makes enjoying foods with dairy much easier for me. The individual packaging is also convenient for keeping a few in my purse or taking them while traveling. I’ve had a good experience with these and will definitely continue buying them.

These tablets work for me!!
As I age, I am developing an intolerance to dairy. I have found that avoiding the stuff is the best… however, if I’m dairy can’t be avoided. Or I have a craving for a dairy cappuccino, o have a table 3 minutes before I digest the drink. They work in that the effect of not having a tablet is clearly there! These tablets have no taste of you swallow them with lots of water. They are quite pricey but worth it when compared to not having them!!

These seem to work so far...
I bought these after trying others that didn't work, but so far these are helping me to eat foods I have avoided for a long time. Long may it last!!!
