One Repair and its worth it!
This service is worth the money spent. My daughter dropped something on her laptop, cracking the screen. We contacted the protection plan provider and had a prepaid box sent to us within a few days. We followed the directions and sent the computer in for service, and received it back completely repaired in less than a week. If your thinking is, " Is this worth it? Don't, if you have one issue, it's paid for itself.

Simple, fast and Fixed !!!
First time I've had to file a claim for any of my electronics. Claim process very simple, they sent me a label and a box within 2 days. Sent it out. Was notified when they received it got it back maybe 5 days later. Very happy as I don't like complicated.

Asurion is a good dependable company
Asurion protection plan is a good one but I had to return the laptop, the laptop didn’t meet my expectations.

Seems to work for me.
Used Asurion for a few things now, it seems to cover anything that has happened to anything covered. Most recently had a laptop die, had to send it in but got it covered in about 3 days from when I sent it.

Worthless and worst experience
Spent 2 days trying to upload pics to their online page of the cracked laptop screen that won’t allow the pics to be sized properly to fit in their service request system. This allows them to continuously deny your attempt to get a claim advanced. After 3 failed phone calls (system will keep you entering selections until the cll just hangs up) to reach their support team, I made contact and was given an email address to send in my pics of the damage per their request. I was spoken to like a child and told that I had to send in all the additional photos so they could scrutinize them and determine if my claim is covered under their warranty. Only to be denied 2 more times saying the pics were not suitable enough to approved the claim. The final act of worthless customer service was the repeated requests for me to provide PROOF in form of a receipt that I had actually bought the Asurion warranty when I bought the laptop from Amazon. I was already in their system as a customer and they had issued me a service request number to file the claim for a cracked screen 2 days earlier. After essentially implying that I was being dishonest about my purchase of the laptop and their warranty I had to send borderline rude emails complaining about how treating your customers like they are frauds and liars and the multiple requests for photos is all a stall tactic in their procedures & protocols to deny their responsibility of upholding their warranty commitments that I was finally issued a claim and advanced in their system. Then told it would take 5 days for them to send me a “box” for me to pack my laptop in and mail back to them for inspection, repair or replacement. Who knows how many WEEKS that process would take. All the time my daughter’s semester is advancing and ahe is falling behind and having to borrow another laptop to perform her online assignments. I still have not received the box to send in the unit for repair. Worst experience ever and I would not recommend purchasing this asurion warranty.

Don't buy electronics(computer) without buying insurance with it well
My laptop crashed just three months after I bought it due to a memory issue. When I purchased the laptop, I also bought a two-year assurance plan to cover situations like this. After the crash, the only difficulty I encountered when filing a claim was over the phone; however, I was able to fill out the claim online. They sent me the packing materials to return the laptop, and after replacing the memory, they sent it back to me. The entire process took less than the two-week timeframe I had for spring break, allowing me to start classes on time with my laptop. If I hadn't purchased the insurance, I would have had to send it off to Lenovo for repairs, which would have taken much longer. I struggled to reach anyone at Lenovo—when I finally did get through, they didn't listen to my explanations and made me go through the entire recovery process again. I've already gone through that process so many times that I can now remember the BitLocker code by heart; it's a 32 to 48-character-long number. This alone should have indicated to the technicians at Lenovo that the problem was likely related to the memory, which indeed it was.

Definitely worth it!!!!!
This warranty was well worth it. In less than a year an accident occurred that would have had us $700 dollars out of pocket. Seamless process and computer was repaired and back home in less than a week.

Overall great experience
Replaced a dead battery in our 2020 MacBook Air. Claim process was reasonable and turn-around was only 3 days.
