Some of the reviews complain about how the cheese is hot and ice packs melted on delivery. I can agree, but, I have to say, after refrigeration itโs perfect. Consistency, flavor, salt. All exceptional. This cheese is bomb!! Have loved it for years and just the very best!! Eating it for dinner ๐คฃ

Off Putting Seeds
It has a black seed of sometime mixed in the cheese and it is off putting as it looks like mice turds. I pick them out. It tastes fine but I wonโt buy it again.

Cheese arrived warn
The package arrived on schedule but when I opened the box the chill packs and Armenian cheese were the same temp as outside - about 80 degrees. I wrote to the company and asked for a refund. They said the package should not have been warm for very long and the cheese should be fine. I tried it but the texture and flavor was off. I tossed the cheese.

The best cheese I have ever devoured
Yes, I devoured this cheese within a week... but i could have eaten it in two days, it was so good... the texture, consistency, and the flavor was like heaven in the form of solidified milk... i think my mouth exploded the first time i tried it. Will definitely buy again (but the shipping is more than the product... oh well. worth it for its incredible taste! )
