Bought these for my father in law who needed a pedal upgrade. The dual sided design lets you ride with either cleats or normal shoes which is super practical. The cleat side clips in and out smoothly and the flat side has solid grip. Feels strong despite how light they are and looks great. They were really easy to add to the bike. Very happy with the quality and overall value for money.

This pair of Shimano pedals comes with allen key and pedal studs. Fitting the pedals to my Stages Spin bike was very easy and my shimano cleats easily fit into the pedal and additionally the fitting can be adjusted for how easy it is to insert of remove your cleats via the small adjuster on the pedal. On the reverse of the pedal are the studs if you do no wish to use cleats and this provides excellent grip for any standard trainers you want to use. The pedals are light weight and are very well built and are brilliant value for money.

Great if you have bike cleat shoes and also want to use normal shoes. I’ve had two sets of these and they make your bike rideable with SPD cleats and normal trainers. They are a little narrow and slippery at times with normal shoes but do the job. They also take a bit of loosening up to get the spin right and set the starting position for the type of footwear you are wearing. Makes your bike more versatile.

Picked up a preloved road bike and needed to upgrade the clips to something that a mere novice can use, but also leave the option to upgrade to cleats in the future... shimano spd is definitely the way to go... quality is amazing and when I'm flying I just want to enjoy the ride and not worry about components failing... Brilliant price, cleats included

First timer at and these have dual use. Use them to ride with normal shoes and then doing a longer ride. Great quality and also can with the cleats included. Well worth spending slightly more and getting the quality and assurance.

Great pedals, having the option for clipless and flat pedal is great, specially for a casual rider like me, easy to use both sides, the flat pedal has some nice pins which stick out enough to give decent grip using normal trainers and the clipless side is easy to get used to.

Top quality. Love it. Comes with the connectors for the shoe. Saved me some money buying it separately

Engagement et dèsengagement aisé avec le réglage médium. Parfait pour mon utilisation Gravel niveau débutant-intermédiaire.

decided on these for their dual purpose - with cleats & without! absolutely delighted - these fit my matt black bike and unlike other reviewers the colour difference is not that obvious. pins are fab - add grip to the non cleat side. cleat side is easy to clip in/clip out. not a bulky pedal and great for my UK size 7 feet!
