TEC582 CERAMIC DETAIL SPRAY (1 Gallon)

Picked up my second gallon bottle of this stuff. I use it as a final spray on the paint before drying my cars. The finish it leaves is absolutely amazing. I can typically go a month between contact washes as nothing sticks to the surface. Water beads up for weeks after application and nothing sticks to the surface. I recently took a road trip which had us driving at night. The front of the truck had a million bugs everywhere but a normal garden hose got 90% of them off. The rest came off with only minor rubbing with car soap. No other chemicals needed. The product is super simple to use and can be applied to a wet car after washing for a quick shine or applied to a dry car if you're doing the first application or it has been a while since you used it. Simply spray on and wipe off and it doesn't streak. Unlike some other products out there and contrary to what some reviews stated, this does not leave an oily surface and it does not attract dust and dirt. No. It's not atrue ceramic coating but it gives you most of the protection without the crazy amount of work.

This a great detail product. Make sure your car is clean from contamination and simply spritz wipe on and buff with a dry micro fiber and done. It repels water and creates a brilliant shine. Use very sparingly as too much will create a haze which still buffs off easily. Smells great also. Awesome product.

I was not willing to pay $60 for a small 20oz bottle of MaxL one with triphene... This is the next best thing. Maybe not as thick or long lastin? Maybe better for ease of applying? This is a Ceramic detailer .super easy to wipe on wipe off But this stuff is great, Especially at this price, it will last you years with 2-3 cars. I goes on super easy literally just wipes off. TEC 582 has become one of my go-to quick ceramic sprays. The application is extremely easy—spray, wipe, flip the towel, and it levels out with almost zero effort. No streaking issues as long as the surface isn’t overly hot. Performance: The gloss it leaves behind is impressive, giving the paint a freshly detailed, “just waxed” look in minutes. Stellar spray wax that I use as a drying aid and as a base layer. Easy to apply and remove, minimal streaks unless you apply too much, very quick to use. The shine and protection are excellent for such an economically friendly ceramic spray. The gallon size makes it perfect, especially considering you can dilute it 1:1 as a drying aid, or more to use in the interior!

This stuff is awesome!!! I was going to return since I bought the smaller spray bottle, but too much hassle since it's not an Amazon direct sale. But now I have fill ups for a while.

As a professional detailer I keep Tec 582 as part of my chemical arsenal. This stuff is very easy to apply, just a couple of sprays on a microfiber towel, a couple of sprays per panel and literally wipe on and wipe off with a dry microfiber towel. It smells like a banana popsicle, adds some of the most extreme shine that I've ever seen, and the sickness lasts for weeks. A coating usually lasts for a couple of months so longevity for a detail spray is insane. Don't take my word for it, buy it, try it, and you'll keep coming back to Tec 582. There isn't much better out there at this price point. It can be used as a drying aid or it can be diluted 4"1 and used as an interior detailer as well further adding value to the product. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I found this TEC582 ceramic detail spray on a few YouTube videos. My car is ceramic coated with Gyeon MOHS Q2 and rims are ceramic coated with Gyeon rim. I’ve tried the following products to maintain the coating after washes: Gyeon Q2M ceramic detailer, Meguiars hybrid ceramic detailer, turtle wax ceramic 3 in 1 detailer, turtle wax graphene flex. TEC582 is the easiest to apply and leaves the slickest, glossiest finish. I thought the other products looked similar but when I stand farther away like if I’m walking back to my car in a parking lot the car looks better with the TEC582 - glossier and more saturated. Also, I love that I am able to use TEC582 on glass. It makes it much easier to wipe down the car and does not streak in glass like with the other products which are not recommended for glass. I can’t speak to durability but I know that all the products do not retain the super slick feel to the paint after only one wash. They all keep their water repelling properties but will not feel as slick and smooth as when after initial application. Since I wipe my car down with a quick detailer after every wash and in between washes, durability isn’t something I worry about. Finally some people complain that TEC582 makes the car more susceptible to retaining dust and lint. I have not found that to be the case at all. If anything the car may be slightly less dusty compared to other products after driving around a few days. I also live in AZ which has lots of dust everywhere and the car stays relatively clean. I am definitely sticking w/ TEC582… unless something better comes around. *************** 2 month update…. OK after 2 months TEC582 continues to impress. I’ve washed the car once and the water sheets off better than with any of the other QDs I used before and the car still stays slick feeling after being washed and dried. It was noticeably easier to wash the car with this applied. Dirt and dust literally sheeted off with minimal fuss. I’ve now used this on my other two cars and getting the same amazing results all around. Can’t recommend this product enough.
