They are quite good for amateur use. They are nice and easy to hold and use. Quality is quite good. Can't complain for the price but I suppose time will tell.

The scissors are good but only for right handed people. Decent case BUT the comb and nail clippers are thrown in loose and do not seem to be part of the set with nothing to hold them.Nail clippers feel cheap compared to the scissors with low quality handles, not sure if yet are the same make and time will tell if they work properly.

Used this set to groom my two cairn terriers whose trip to the groomers has been unfortunately delayed. With the weather being as nice as it has been and the two of them suffering under their double coat and me not wanting to hand strip, I've snipped away happily, the scissors are comfortable, suitable I think for left and right handed people and are sharp enough. I've not touched their faces however, aside from using the thinning scissors, because I don't want to ruin their foxy look and they will be going for a smarten up soon. They seem happier now they've lost their excess hair and that's all that matters. Price wasn't too bad and since cairns have unruly fur, prone to lugs and knots, I will be tidying up every week. I'll soon get my money's worth out of them.

Scissors and comb are all good but nail clippers are poor and will easily break on dog claws.
