Are these really all white with no other color stitching on it?

There is the brand stiched on them, but I wash them with whites and have never noticed any color transfer.

12 pair come in this deal. Not 12 single socks! 24 single socks making it 12 pair and they aren't trash like the junk you get in dollar stores that have a hole in them after one use. These are good quality socks and a fantastic deal. I got 3 packs last year and am getting 3 more this year for gifts.
