Awesome saw!
This saw is great. I was able to cut down 3 small trees with the pruning saw and trim a lot of vines. I was also able to cut 10 branches from a chestnut tree that were hanging over my property and the roof of my garage. The thickest branch that I was able to cut was about 5 inches in diameter. I also used the saw to cut up some of the branches into smaller chunks once they were cut. It is very sharp and easy to use. The extensions work very well and are stable. However, there is something to be aware of: When cutting a thick branch, the saw blade can get "pinched" between the two halves of the branch. This can cause the saw to get stuck and if this happens while the saw is in the extension, then the extensions can get disconnected from each other and your saw blade can end up stuck in the tree. This happened to me once, but I was able to rescue the saw blade. This isn't meant to discourage you from buying this product - it's an amazing saw! But just be aware that this might happen. To keep this from happening, make sure to tighten the screws in the extensions often, and don't rush while cutting branches. Overall, this saw is a lifesaver and I was able to do the whole job myself without hiring outside help. I highly recommend this saw!

One of the most useful pole attachments
We had some branches that were getting really overgrown against our house. But they were so high up that there was no way we could get to them. I thought we'd have to have a tree company out, until I found this saw attachment. I use this with a Mr. Longarm telescoping pole and it works really well. The blade is sharp and cuts through branches like butter. I was able to completely clean up our tall overgrown branches with this thing, and in a very short time. It took longer to clean up the cut-off branches than it did to saw through them. It was easier to use than I expected, perhaps due to the sharpness of the blade. To be fair, the branches I was cutting were mostly around an inch or so thick, so nothing particularly large. I also find this saw to be useful even without the pole. It cuts better than anything else I have, so I also use it on branches that I don't need a pole for. I'd like it if the whole thing was metal rather than just the blade. Despite the plastic, so far it seems to be quite sturdy and I've not had any signs of weakness from it. I'm really glad to have found this pole saw attachment.

Multi Functional Pruning Saw
The price is right, I like the blade and the sheath to hold it. You can use it as a hand saw carrying it on your side in the provided sheath or screw it on to a broom or paint roller stick. Like this one from Wooster Brush SR056 Sherlock Extension Pole, 6-12 feet. Amazon carries them. The reason I gave it a number four is for the fact that the blade is somewhat light and the handle is not made out of the most durable plastic. The professional pruner-tree trimmer will appreciate it for its price and adequate blade and handle and not treat it roughly. I appreciate having it in my arsenal of pruning tools. Though light duty it is handy and versatile. Definitely worth the price. The picture shows it mounted to an adjustable 12 ft. paint roller or squeegee stick. Nice set-up.

Took a chance
This little blade worked so well. I had a broken bough about 8 inches in diameter, and it was up about 15 feet or so. I have a couple extension poles and this saw fit on both. I taped the handle to the pole to prevent it from spinning loose. That was a little tricky because there is a butt on the handle for gripping, but I was then able to saw off the broken bough with ease. The teeth and shape of this saw was perfect for the task. My husband then used it as a hand saw to quickly cut up this 9 foot in length and full ponderosa pine branch for the trash. Great saw.

VERY IMPRESSED. CUT THROUGH REALLY FAST.
Works really well. Attached it to my extension pole and took down lots of very high thick branches with it. Not sure my saws-all could have done it any quicker.

Super happy with my purchase of this saw!
I bought this because I have some tall trees and need to do ongoing pruning of live and dead branches. I bought this because I could use it at the end of a painting extension pole. Most other saws require you buy their proprietary pole system, this saw allows you to use any pole. I used it at full extension of my painters pole, so I reached about 25' up. The saw was great. It is a) very sharp and b) has a good curve to it so that when you are pruning from below the saw sort of guides itself into the branch. At full extension this is a bit of a wiley beast. It does take some time to do the cutting but the saw and how it was curved really did make it easier. I cut multiple branches in an hour and the job was done. This is not a stiff blade, but I didn't find this to be negative. It kept the saw light and the thin blade IMO made cutting easier. But lets go back to sharp...these teeth are sharp. Let me restate that...sharp! My one recommendation is that Docazoo provide some sort of cover for this thing. It has a paper sheath but it really needs some sort of way to store it. The paper just ain't going to cut it long term. I've actually taken a Amazon plastic bubble wrap mailer and used that for storage, but really, it needs a breathable sheath. Also I had some back and forth with the company because the saw got lost in the morass of the political fallout from President Trumps USPS policies. (ARGH!) But Docazoo was flawless. They were responsive and sent me another saw as I didn't receive the first one. I'm super happy with this purchase and would happily purchase again. And nope, was not paid to write this review and did not receive a promotional product. Just a happy customer.

Works best on live trees
This is a good blade starting out. Seems not to good as good of a job after so many uses if trying to cut limbs from a dead tree. On green limbs, like a hot knife through butter. Don't stop sawing once it starts cutting, the blade Seems to get stuck in the tree.

Expensive but high quality
The pruning saw is awesome as a hand saw and works well on a pruning pole. It's extremely sharp and does clean cuts on high branches while being attached to an extending pole. This saw is a must have for for around the yard pruning. Well worth the money!
