Not for weddings and birthdays.
Looks and feels great. Works as desired till it heats up. Then you tell birthday girl to stop cutting the cake and the bride to pause because my flash heated up, someone please bring ice. Actually for limited use this flash unit is great. It gives high speed sync. It is even capable of burst firing. Charge time is good. Gives full power level control. But the problem is heating up. I use on Olympus EM1mII and generally I was very happy with it. I tried to shoot a very small engagement party and after a few rapid shots (not burst mode) found it stopped flashing with red light on it. That puzzled me as i never thought about this issue before. Luckily I had my trusted Nissin with me. I had never heating problem with my Nissin. Nissin also can fire rapidly. Only reason for buying Olympus flash is high speed sync which Nissin is missing. So for limited use it works well. Spec sheet should tell how many shots are possible before it gets heated up and stops.
