OPTP PRO-Slant – Professional Foam Incline Squat Wedge Pair and Slant Board for Squats- Workout Squat Wedges for Rehabilitation and Stretching of The Calf, Ankle and Foot

This wedge provides a wonderful calf stretch. The foam material is firm but not hard and grips socks and bare feet well. We keep them under our desks as footrests and pull them out to stand on before walks or exercise. The stretch feels just right, not too shallow or too deep, and has helped with both plantar fasciitis and capsulitis of the foot. It’s kind of pricy for two foam wedges but feels well made. The foam is very, and I mean very, low odor—similar to a foam roller made from EVA. Maybe that’s these are made of.

I have issues with my achilles and these allow me to stretch my legs without worry.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I only wish I'd found these sooner. I used to use Pro Stretch but it wasn't as easy for me to use and I prefer this, especially because I can use it without having to put on shoes first. The softness of the foam is appreciated, as i have heel pain from bone spurs. I also like to keep these under the table to rest my feet on when I'm sitting and it's so comfortable for that too.

These OPTP Pro-Slant Boards offer me a convenient and easy way to stretch my calf muscles. This is a stretch which I find useful for reducing leg pain and even easing the discomfort from occasional plantar fasciitis. I do recommend removing yours shoes as I do when I get on the slant boards, because I discovered that shoes or sneakers can leave an imprint on the foam material. I am pleased to have these boards as an important addition to my exercise equipment.

These angle wedges work great for my daughter to help stretch out her calves and feet for her sever’s disease.

It is easy to use. There are to foam slant boards (sold as a pair). This very helpful. I have one in my family room and the other board in my bedroom. I use the board frequently because I have it in both rooms. It is has helped me to do more stretching. My legs and ankles feel great.

These showed up in my pilates studio so I just couldn't wait to purchase one for my home. I also purchased them as holiday gifts. I really like this calf stretcher. The foam is easy on the feet and the slant is just perfect. It is light weight and easy to tuck away when not in use. I separated the sets and gave away the individual wedges.

These are expensive, but very high quality. They have a nice feel to them unlike another brand that I purchased. Don't buy the cheap ones.
