CELL4LESS Compatible Back Glass Door Cover Housing Installed Camera Frame, Lens Adhesive Replacement Samsung Galaxy Note 9 - Any Carrier - N960 (Purple)

What came in the box is a full plastic backing for the Galaxy Note 9 (purple), and a metal tool (think popsicle stick with a pointy end), and that's it. The plastic is fine with me, no glass to break again, and it's very sturdy. The backing of the plastic backing has lots of stickum so when you peel it stays on the phone. That's one thing I didn't realize about my phone is that the back is 'permanently' fixed to the phone. Since no directions came with the backing, I pulled up YouTube. The videos said to use a blow drier to heat up the stickum holding the phone together and then use the pointy stick to pry it open. ALL the videos recommend using a suction up on the glass to pull it upward but my kit didn't have one and neither did I. After cutting my finger in 5 places with broken/cracked glass I know the suction cup would have been helpful. The stickum was very well stuck, so I used the blow drier a few times and pried and pried to get it loose. It finally let go and came off. Again, with no directions, I just pulled the backing off my new plastic back and stuck it on, blow drying it so the stickum would stick and at that point realized something was missing. The little square below the camera was a "hole" in my new back. Yep, I was supposed to pull the little box which contains a sensor and put into the new backing. I had to heat it all back up, pry it open, and put the little box into the backing. Back to the blow drier to heat up the stickum on the back so it would seal again. Perfecto! My phone sealed perfect. Everything lined up perfectly with the plastic backing, including the camera lens, etc. I took a few pictures and it's all perfect. I'm so grateful there was a cheap option ($20) to getting a new back that didn't require a different phone or leaving it with someone for hours or a day. I did it myself (with literally blood, sweat and tears) in 45 minutes (twice) and I don't have to worry about glass in the future! YAY!

High quality product that is not for the faint of heart to install. Directions are easy to follow and all the parts are there for the removal of the old part and installation of the new one. Take your time with the removal and clean up of the old/damaged back glass. Find a pair of tweezers to reinstall the plug for the fingerprint reader. Because I made this repair, my phone was accepted back by Samsung for the full $550.00 credit toward a new Note20 Ultra. Thanks for a great product.

Perfect fit. I broke my back glass cover trying to replace my camera glass.... what's nice is this has the camera glass already installed. The back glass came with new adhesive stuff installed which I was worried about. I break my dang fingerprint scanner when I switched it over though so be very careful pulling it off your old cover. But it looks brand new again. Remember it won't have your IMEI number and SKU number on it so I Ptouched it on my cellphone case in case I need it later. Comes in a nice wooden little case. Would buy again 100%. Made my cracked phone look new and functional again.

It's a good replacement, quality is good for plastic or whatever it is. Definitely not glass. Not sure why "glass" is in the title description

The quality of the product was what I was mostly worried about when I ordered it. The reviews which stated that the cover is made of plastic is very wrong. It's exactly the same as oem and is glass. Another question that I had before ordering it was of this cover was shiny mirror finish or flat in appearance. Thankfully it was mirror finish and the blue matches the original perfectly! Yes the Samsung logo and the small text wording on the bottom is present as the oem one was. I don't regret buying this at all. The only tricky part was to connect the fingerprint scanner. It's hard to do when trying to avoid having the brand new adhesive stick to where it isn't supposed to. I ended up connecting it on the phone without the cover, then adding the cover. It lined up after carefully placing the cover on. I'm very satisfied!

The packaging was really nice and luxurious. The back plate itself is very nice and the blue honestly looks nicer than the oem back plate. Install was decent, but the tool did leave a couple small scratches on the edge of my phone. The original glass was shattered and came off in pieces so that's why the install was "decent". All in all, I'm pleased with the product.

Not nearly as good as the OEM and is very easy to crack. It looks okay otherwise.

The color is not exact but still a great product . Easy to use and comes with the instrument used to break the seal on the phone. Makes it easier to take the adhesive off. I haven't used the extra camera piece but I appreciate that it comes with the back glass. Ive bought two so far because im a clutz Ill be buying my 3rd one and nothing beats the price. Just YouTube the how to and you do t have to pay to gwt it professionally fixed.

Es war schnell und perfekt

All was good, glass was in good condition when arrived but I broke it by accident after installing, I realized that there was a missing hard plastic piece that keeps the FPS in place. Lost a star just due to price.

Haven't installed it yet but looks like a good replacement.

Cet arrière de téléphone a un bel aspect relativement similaire au dos d'origine, il est relativement facile à installer si on est méticuleux et patient. Par contre, le mien s'est cassé assez facilement lorsque j'ai positionné mon téléphone dans le support main libre de mon véhicule. C'est bien plus fragile que la pièce d'origine.
