I am a hairdresser for many years. I wanted a GOOD quality mannequin head to practice my braiding. It does not shed & is very soft just like your own 100% hair. I got the longest length possible & its perfect. Tangle free. Size of head is like a human's. I expected to pay way more than I did. So this is an EXCELLENT value for the money. Can also wash, cond., blowdry, color & bleach. A PLUS is that you can ALSO practice makeup techniques. SUPERB!

This is a really good mannequin! The hair does shed a little but no more than any of my other ones. I’m in cosmetology school and I bought this to practice braiding. The texture is nice. It looks great when parted. I even curled a few sections using a flat iron and it looks great! I’m buying a second one.

I bought this for my daughter. She enjoys playing beauty shop and fixing her dolls hair. I thought this would be cool for her to work with a real sized head. This is almost just like the cosmotology manniquins with the only real difference being the quality and texture of the hair. Obviously it's not human hair, so it is a bit tangly. You get what you pay for, and for us, this was a good purchase. We haven't tried using low heat on the hair yet, however the manaufacter says you can use low setting heating products to style the hair. Honestly the hair feels like barbie hair, so I'd be nervous to apply even low heat. I'll update when we test that out. I think this is a great buy for the money.

There are plastic bits on hair. They burn and stick on to curling iron. Ends are very thin. Hair is also shorter than photo. It doesn’t get tangled easily and thickness is good.

My 6-year-old granddaughter loves this to do hair it Clips on to her TV stand and it's next to her makeup Stand She loves to brush the long hair and put makeup on the face the vice device is really good it holds really good and the neck is on a ball and it kind of moves around really worth the purchase

The hair does not feel like human hair. It does not curl. Doesn't work well with hair tools.

Our 10 year old granddaughter wants to style everybody’s hair so we purchased her this doll to keep her busy. It’s tangle resistant and it was easy for her t use

I ordered this and had it shipped to my niece, she received it the next day and she called to thank me, she loved it, she stated that the hair was a very nice quality and that she would be able to practice her braiding, the only con was that it didn't come with assembly instructions but she was able to look it up on Youtube!

Bought this for my little girl to practise braiding and she is loving it 👍♥️. Hair is long as expected, came with a comb too. Readonably Priced!

This head was fine for what it is. The synthetic strands are really bouncy off the head, which make styling difficult.

Je suis entrain de perfectionner ma technique de tresse et j’aime la densité des cheveux de la tête à coiffer, aucune odeur, perds quelques mèches mais rien de grave ( c’est normal je dirais) , je n’ai pas l’habitude de coiffer des cheveux lisse mais celle là est assez agréable à coiffer, je ne regrette pas mon achat!

J'aime comment on peut accrocher la tête à n'importe quelle table. Par contre, c'est souvent instable, malgré que je la serre. Je dois donc la déposer sur mes cuisses pour la coiffer, donc si c'est une nécessité pour vous, attention. C'est une bonne tête de mannequin tout de même, avec des cheveux très lisses.
