Does you wrist or arm hurt?
Just to start I have been using a Wired version of this type of mouse for years and it has SAVEEEEEEEED my wrist and arm!! When I first started using an "ergonomic" mouse it felt so much more natural and removed the "twisting" stress off my wrist and forearm. So I was looking for a new mouse cause I needed it to be wireless and there are quite a few options available on Amazon from $20 to $200!! The type I'm looking for, like this one, has the click buttons closer to the mouse pad. In other words I want my ring and pinky finger to be "stacked" under my middle finger and my pinky touching the pad. This means I can click left or right without lifting my hand or fingers at all. Because of this I'm able to use the side of my hand and wrist bone as a pivot point and move the mouse with my fingers. Essentially I am moving the mouse with my fingers more than my wrist or my arm and that's the goal for me. This allows for extreme precision and a more comfortable position. This mouse would be absolutely PERFECT if it were a tiny bit bigger. Sadly there are no other wireless ergonomic mice out there that meet my requirements (fingers stacked and can touch both buttons without moving them up and Pinky on the pad the whole time) other than a couple of wired ones. My only complaints are that adjusting the DPI settings between windows and the mouse takes a bit of "perfecting" but once I got it setup I'm golden! Wireless mice have a "lag" inherent to wireless devices. Its not noticeable if you use a wireless mouse already but coming from wired it was CLEARLY noticeable. Part of this could be because this is super cheap and doesn't have the best communication chip or something but regardless after using the wireless one for a while I didn't notice the lag anymore. Tip: I would try out ergonomic mice that have the buttons HIGH on the mouse and LOW like this one to see which suits you better.

Well, it works...mostly.
I bought this mouse because using a regular mouse irritates my carpel tunnel. This particular mouse isn't very good, I'm sorry to say. While the design isn't bad, the production quality is quite poor. It occasionally stops working, and has to be smacked against my desk to 'wake up'. The battery, while quite large, only holds about a 4-6 hour charge, and the tracking of the mouse is jittery and unpredictable. Would not buy again. EDIT - To make matters even worse? the charging cable, after a strenous six month life of...sitting on my desk, simply...snapped in half.

FINALLY - THE PERFECT LEFT-HANDED MOUSE!!!!
This is the perfect left-handed mouse. It feels natural and the button configurations are exactly like you find on a righty mouse. 1 Yr Update: It's been just over a year since I ordered this mouse and I'm still very happy with the purchase! The mouse functions extremely well. I recently lost the charging cable, but I reached out to the seller who was able to help me acquire a new one. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT VALUE. BEST LEFT-HAND MOUSE ON THE MARKET!

Good option for small-handed lefties
This has worked more reliably *as a mouse* than the previous type I got before (the exact same build of "left-handed rechargeable ergo mouse" you see allllll up and down the search you just did). The tracking is good, the clicks and scrolling are consistent and behave as expected so far. Battery life has been fine, but I make a habit of sticking in the charger every couple of days so I couldn't say for sure how long it would last otherwise. ***Note that it does not use a standard charging cable, and the cable it comes with is short enough that many people won't be able to use it while charging. It's just too small for my hand. The left side of my hand ends up spread on the mousepad while I have to curl my fingers to keep touch with the buttons. The wrist pain that had briefly subsided is coming back. TL;DR: If you have medium+ hands (~7-8in from base of palm to tip of middle finger) you should keep browsing, but if your hand is on the smaller side this might just be the mouse you're looking for.

Works great until it doesn't
Was 5 star when I had it. Two years later, the charging wire is frayed and won't charge anymore.

Hmmm
10/14/22 Update I feel like I did not do this mouse justice in my original review. Since I bought it, it’s the mouse I use the most. I’ll only use other mice (right hand) while i charge this one or if i need to use a trackball. My hands don’t hurt the way they used to from using the computer all day for work. 7/17/19: So I've had this for a month and a half. My hand still hurts when I use it, but not as much as with a regular mouse. It is small. I have small hands and it fits well (I'm 5'0). I think ideally, it is not that ergonomic, but there are limited options for ergonomic mouses, so it's a little hard to explain. It's kind of ergonomic given the options and limited scope of these kinds of mice, but ideally, it's not ergonomic.

Borderline Unuseable
I’m not sure if it’s the tracking, connectivity, or battery, but man does this mouse LAG. Upon turning it on there will be a minute or so where it sort of works. But after that, the cursor hardly budges at all for seconds at a time. And when it does, it’s choppy and unpredictable. I tried to use it with multiple trackpads and without—same results. With a full battery it works a liiiiittle better for a little longer, but not by much. Maybe 5 minutes of grace before it reverts to a brick. I really wanted to love it, the design is visually appealing, the shape fits perfectly in my hand, and I love that there’s options out there for left handed people. But sad to say I’m disappointed. I don’t know, maybe I got a dud.

ergonomic. long battery life
This size mouse is perfect for me, very comfortable and just the right size. Battery lasts a good couple of weeks before needing to get charged even with daily use. Good signal with laptop a few feet away, never drops. Very happy with this product, inexpensive, makes your money go a long way.

The charger is not working in 1 month
It is horrible, the two sides of the charger are so fragile and they just get damaged by themselves and I don’t know why. Today when I put the charger for charging, it starts to burn itself. There is fire and it smells so bad. I can no more charge the mouse. So horrible quality.

Not great quality. Looking for another.
Glitchy, not too comfortable, unclear on how to change any settings and has a wired charger. Not great quality.
