The performance of my car improved within 5 minutes of adding this engine cleaner! Be sure to add it when the gas level is low to get the most out of the product. The neck on the bottle is long, so it is easy to add to the gas tank. Great price for what you get. I highly recommend.

Been using this for 2 vehicles for years and it really makes a difference with smoothness and mechanic tells me it keeps carbon down on valves cleaning them gently when driving with the newer engines designs and gas with the ethanol. Even the tailpipes are clean and not sooted up like most cars have. I use every oil change 5K miles.

Use 1,000 miles before oil change, will make oil dirty, does a great job

Good product kind of expensive

I researched and found this to be the best fuel system cleaner. I went to the Chevron store and they had none, so i ordered this, put it in the 1/4 full fuel tank in my port injected engine, and went to the freeway and blew the carbon out. I used this is a winter car I bought 2008 outlander v6 and will put this in the 2.5 litre Ford for the same purpose followed by the Explorer.

Now on my first tank of fuel with the Techron additive in the tank. Results are good with an apparent improvement in fuel consumption. This is early days but, so far, I am impressed. I am using it in a V8 powered SUV that does mostly highway driving. Even with the highway miles, it was starting to use more fuel. My vehicle computer tells me the average range of fuel with every tank full. That range has been dropping over the last few months. That is why I am giving the Techron additive a trial. Like I said, so far, so good!
