Can anyone tell me what is the capacity in litres and the internal depth (i.e. excluding the lid) of the 18cm pot

im not 100% sure of the maximum capacity but it is sold as being 1.7L but that could be the safe maximum level to fill it to rather the the level to the top

can it go in the oven and on the hob?
