Product is good for the price paid. However. It is not worth the 11k (MRP). Am happy with the chair. There was a small hole (damage) on the back mesh caused due to people putting the product tags.its ok. Can live with it. Chair material feels sturdy. Easy to assemble. Necessary tools were present. Overall a good product for the price.

I see minor scratches on some parts. The packaging was poor. There was no manual for assembly. Some washer rings (that go with nut and bolts) were bent- so some one clearly assembled it before me. The product itself is okay (3 stars) you can move it up and down and the back rest flexes a bit but that’s it. Arm rest looks vulnerable and it isn’t too comfortable. Armrest is just poor quality plastic with no cushioning to make it comfortable. Obviously you can’t move the arm rest in any direction. I would have easy given it 3 stars if it was delivered as a fresh product with proper packing and no scratches. I am getting urges to return it but the only reason I am keeping it is that I assembled it hoping it will be comfortable now I will have to dismantle it again and then I will have to wait for a week to get another chair. I kind of need it now.

Well a good product for alttle above 3k. The wheels are smooth. Hight can be adjusted. Arms can't be adjusted. The back rest is mid hight. But a little tired backward. Not straight as my office chairs which are obviously much costlier. Material is ok. Finishing is decent but not of high quality. I wish the back support had been straight and I could have sit straight. If something goes wrong then I will update my review comments.

Looked for a chair to work from home which fitted my requirements and placed an order. An unfortunate drawback of buying something online is that we can only see how the actual product is after unboxing. I have had to initiate a return because of the unsatisfactory quality of the stitching and fabric. Let's start with the good: 1. Display pic looks good. 2. Delivery was on time. 3. Product pieces were packaged well with easy-to-follow assembly instructions. Now on to the bad: 1. Screw had fallen off from the back rest (pic 1). 3. Below-par quality of stitching and fabric. (pics 2,3,4).

Packaging of chair was impressive. Chair design is good and it very well serves the purpose I bought it for. There was little hickup in chair assembly but their instructions were accurate and to the point which can help even a layman to assemble chair in no time. There was a manufacturing defect with the chair. I call Apex help support, there service team was promt and curious. A repair reached my place within 3 hours of registring complain, kudos to that. Suraj, their technician saw the defect and replaced with new one within 24 hours. For everyone product is very important but after sales support is a must and Apex excel in both departments. Highly recommend them.

Not a comfortable chair; tilts to one side; wheels dont move freely; back support is not strong it bends when I sit; all this happened within less than 1 week of use; I suggest not to buy this; lot of other options available in this price; better options in local furniture shops; worst is they wont return the item after delivery (discovered this when I tried to return it); you only have replace item and for that too time expected in about 1 month

It's only been 3months, chair is lightly used but it is so worn out, wheels don't function properly, back support tilted completely to back side, pu cushion is also worn out sitting on it you can feel the board underneath. Mesh is damaged, i ordered it for the 2nd time thinking thier service might have improvided, these people never improve. Hand support handles, one is longer, one is shorter, how are you suppose to sit on it, it would make normal person a handicap. Back support mesh is damaged, mesh is the most important part of this chair since the entire back support is on the mesh, more the mesh damages more useless the chair becomes. I could see that mesh is damaged while packing, last time also there was a same damage, last time i reported them clearly, but the thickheads as they are, they have damaged this too. Edges are razor sharp & unpolished, just out of mold, they will cut your heels, foot, shoes, tear your hands, anything that contacts the edges. after a week, backsupport spring loses all its strength and its almost like non-existant. its a waste of money and you dont want to damage yourself sitting on this piece of crap. i have made the mistake of buying this crap twice, gave them the opportunity to be fooled once again knowingly.

This chair is really awsm for this price and it serves the exact purpose and requirements you need to work from home and good back support
