Good weather seal for wide spaces

Strong adhesive
I am really impressed with the tenacity of the adhesive on this weather stripping. It is so strong that one needs to apply the stripping very carefully - especially on a wood surface - it will pull up up your wood and paint if you need to adjust the position of the product. In my application, I did have a few 'do overs' and some touch up painting to do after. Some weatherization products I have used before have a more forgiving adhesive that is still durable, so this product gets a small demerit for ease of use. Also, as advertised, the density of the foam is high meaning it will NOT compress very much. If you place this material in a space that is too narrow for the stripping, you may not be able to close your door (as an example). What is hard to guess (I just applied the stripping the previous day) is its durability. I've used some products in the past where the adhesive was amazing only to have it fail after a period of time. To be clear, this product looks amazing, but I cannot yet say anything about its durability. I do recommend this weather stripping with the caveat to be very careful about your measurements and application! Good luck.

This was great for our garage project to help seal up some gaps and make the garage warmer. Fit great in the spots we needed and the adhesive is very sticky and easily useable. Highly recommend!

This is the material I needed to seal my domestic rtx200 rooftop a/c.
Works well for sealing A/c unit to the top of my van. The material is sensual durable. The adhesive is very sticky. Use sharp blades or scissors when cutting to get clean cut. Was flexible enough to shape to my needs. Keeps the water out of my van.

The Foam Weather Stripping was installed on the purpose perfectly. It's weather capabilities is great since I installed it on the car aircon condenser unit. It's been 2 years now since I installed and the foam material is still the same as before. Highly recommended!
