Does it come with the rubber bump stop?

It does come with a bump stop made out of off-white poly foam (not rubber)

Do i need this strut boot for the complete Sensen Shock Struts (i.e both the front and the rear)?

On our Subaru, there were boots on both the front and rear. Use new boots, they are cheap, I found a torn boot on one of the originals. They are going to protect the shaft from dirt and damage.
