Great fabric quality and fits just right. Not loose , not too tight; fits just right. Im 5'3 , 187 lbs and large fits perfectly. While moving , the jacket moves with you with absolutely no restriction. Expect all day comfort with this one. Im going to order another

A PERFECT FIT
The jacket fits perfectly and doesn't wrinkle ( a big plus). It's very comfortable and looks very professional. If I had say anything negative, it would be that I wished it were a little heavier. The office I work in is kept very cold and a heavier jacket would be great! Maybe Dickies will make another jacket just like this one with a slightly heavier material . . . hint, hint!

It’s very big I got a large and it was very long and bulky on me. I like a loose fit but it’s almost too loose. It’s cute though and I love the pockets I can put everything I need in them.
