These crystallized shakers are so convenient and delicious! I first tried them on airplane when I asked for some lemon with my club soda, and I was instantly hooked! These pack a punch of REAL citrus flavor and are so easy to add to tea, water, or any other beverage that needs a little citrus kick. A TINY bit goes a long way. I stopped using limes in my guacamole and swapped out these lime crystals and it is a game changer! The guac texture is thicker and the lime flavor is perfect. I'm going to experiment adding some of the lemon to my lemon bars for more intense flavor profile. Highly recommend this!
