Absolutely horrible customer service, do not buy any of winnerwells products i had an issue with this heat mat it didnโt protect the floor in my tent got two hot spots directly under the mat and melted the floor of my 1300$ tent brand new first use. i contacted there customer service they begin replying and then ghosted me with zero responses after no help nothing. worst customer service i think ive had in a long time i bought over 1000$ worth of products from them and i wish i could return them all.
