Stonewall Kitchen Traditional Crepe Mix, 16 Ounce

It’s a crepe - just in an easy to make form. And any and all crepes are a good thing!! Well balanced - not too sweet/ easy to cook. I keep buying- good mix!!

I bought this crepe mix on a whim and ended up being really impressed. The batter came together easily and had a smooth texture without needing much effort. The crepes cooked evenly and didn’t tear, which is usually my biggest issue when making them from scratch. The flavor is light and not overly sweet, so they work just as well for savory fillings as they do for breakfast-style crepes. I’ve made them with fruit and whipped cream, and also with eggs and cheese, and both turned out great. The box is a good size and makes quite a few batches, so it feels worth the price. If you like crepes but don’t want the hassle of measuring everything out or worrying about consistency, this is a solid option to keep on hand.

Taste amazing!!! Just like you buy at a shop. I mixed 1/2cup of powder and 1/2cup of water and 2eggs. Cook low heat. 👌

Good product but expensive for the convenience. Add a small amt of vanilla or other flavoring to improve the bland flavor..
