Quality Product - No Tank
Glad to find this product that does not make me bother with the pressure tank. Using it to fill bike tires and instead of the foot control, I put an inline switch on the wall. This compressor is very well constructed and does exactly what is advertised.

Does not sustain 90psi!
I found out very quickly, since this does not have a tank, that the max pressure drops off to about 50psi under continuous use. It can provide higher pressures only in very short bursts or cumulatively, like when filling a tank or a tire. It was very quiet and did get warm after only a few minutes, but for cleaning using air, this would only work well up close in a small enclosed space due to its lower sustained pressure. It is totally unsuitable for sand blasting or similar applications.

Great little compressor
I love this thing! It's great for adding air to tires, floats, and balloons. It's capable of more but I have another compressor for the heavy work. It's portability is a huge plus and it's so much quieter than my old tankless compressor. The only negative is the flimsyness of the plastic foot pedal.

Good
Only downfall is how hot the regulator gets even after 10 minutes of use. Can't even touch it to change attachment.

Solid Compressor
Solid compressor and pretty quite as well.

Not designed to run for long periods of use
The compressor works very quietly. It's great for running an airbrush or air tools with the foot pedal and delivers the PSI it claims. However- it runs very, very hot and can only operate continuously for 30-60 minutes before it suffers damage, a fact in the instruction manual, but not advertised on Amazon. I bought the 10TL to provide air assistance to a 36"x55" laser cutter. Some of my cut patterns are extensive and take a long time to cut, so this purchase turned out to be less than ideal. Lesson learned.

Not so quiet, but well made
Works amazing for reupholstering. Not especially quiet, but is very well made.

Compressor is great, 5 stars, but included foot pedal is garbage, 0 stars. Call it 3 overall
The foot pedal came as an accessory with the compressor, and broke first time I stepped on it. Did I step too hard? Well, I didn't think so! But the thin plastic sure as heck did. Why would you make a foot pedal out of thin plastic? I don't fault CAT, they didn't make it, but hopefully they will change their source for this with a metal one as rugged and reliable as the compressor motor itself.
