Works Well, But Setup Took Some Time
Works well and prints quickly. The auto cutter is handy, but setup took a little longer than I expected. I discovered that to mute the printer, you need to open the back and flip the third switch to the other side, which is not mentioned in the manual.

VERY FAST support..
We installed the wrong driver.. and the receipts did not print correctly.. we were so very busy and needed help fixing the issue! Tech support.. very fast and fixed the issue with a photo receipt.. this company is very good to deal with.. and the printer is doing great!!!

Like this printer so far. Can’t go wrong with the price compare to other brand. Downside is: - the indicator light and sound won’t turn off after receipt printed ( we have to turn it off and on again then it will turn off). It’s kind of annoying. - auto cut function doesn’t work after receipt printed. If you are not picky, then this printer is a go.
