THE Deck Of Many Things
This will be an excellent addition to my collection ( in the voice of general grievous ) the deck of many things has been called a campaign destroyer , I beg to differ . ever single campaign that I run , I use this , it manages to find it's way into the hands of my players and they both love and hate it . and yes I am the forever DM as no one has the audacity or imagination to do so . these aren't cheap feeling cards , they are Quality with a capital Q , the box itself could do with some refining but i don't really use the box i just give people the cards and let the chaos ensue . they are B E A Utiful cards with clear writing and are about the size of my hand , maybe a little bit smaller . overall , if you need a Deck of many things , and don't wanna break the bank , this is the one you need.

Brilliant
The deck of many things became a large part of a campaign I played, so I thought I would have a look if a physical version existed so we could stop using the shoddy home made version of 'regular playing cards with things written on them in biro'. The cards themselves look great, giving that feeling of a mysterious deck of cards. Even outside of a prop for DnD, it's something I like just having as a nice little bit of collectors tat. For those who don't know what the cards do: you take a face down card from the deck and sit in terror as you wait to find whether you receive something good or bad. You could suddenly gain experience, find yourself greeted by an eternally loyal follower, have riches bestowed on you or be granted a wish. Alternatively you could have your possessions stripped away, become less intelligent, become somebodies mortal enemy or be banished to a dimensional prison. The 'rules' of the deck are easily found online (the way I/we had done it for the longest time) BUT the deck comes with two rule cards explaining the effect of each card, which is a lot handier than having a sheet of A4 paper with scribble on it. Ultimately, a fun optional item for DnD given a nice looking physical version for us to buy.

Bring flair to your tabletop
No DM really wants to give their players a deck of many things... do we? Well, if you do cave the pressure and decide to let them have this item of unfathomable power, this set is perfect for bringing the game to life and being able to hand them around as needed. The artwork is nice with a suitably classical theme and the card names clear. It comes with a pair of quick reference cards too so you don't have to fumble with a sourcebook if you choose to use these effects. A must have for any DM willing to let their players gamble with the fate of their campaign!

Very nice for your sessions.
Great quality for the pricetag. The art is nicely done and tarot-like without being a cliche. The deck can be used with other versions of d&d as well and possibly other games. The cards are not the sturdiest, but I do think they are good quality.

Looks a bit dull
They're not too dull looking it's just they don't look as bright as the photo

Wow.... just WOW!!!!
This deck is brilliant, I had read some reviews and people hadn't had their minds blown and I am honestly not sure how! This thing is dramatic, stunning card quality and still looks old, potentially centuries so without compromising the actual quality of the cards. All are easy to read and the designs are fantastic, there are even two explanation cards so you can present and not need the books to work out what is going to happen. The Deck of Many Things is D&Ds ultimate temptation, and the physical version is worth every penny!

Delightful, intricate, and smart.
My partner is very keen on D&D and was absolutely delighted to be gifted these. They are very pretty and informative and there is a simple pleasure is being able to explore a legendary D&D item in a tactile Way. The artwork on each card is detailed and skillfully done. My partner was particularly impressed with the little cheat sheet that comes with the deck, which saves him from having to rifle through the DMG if a card is drawn.

Beautiful cards
My group flipped when I explained that they had found a Deck of Many Things, but when I actually brought out these cards and they could physically see them and hold them, it was clear that they really appreciated actually holding a real item in their actual hands. The designs on each card are very intricate and hold true to the designs in the Dungeon Master's Guide. If you are going to hand out the Deck of Many Things in your game, you owe it to your players to buy this.

If you have a table round or you're looking for a great gift for a DM friend, I cannot recommend these cards enough. They look so good, and are the perfect excuse to get a Deck of Many Things integrated into your round.

Everything was better then expected, if you want to spice up your campaign (by introducing the deck of many things or using them for any other card related shenanigans) or just enjoy beautifully designed cards, those will not disappoint.
