The company's best pair of earbuds yet! I've had the E18s and E19s even the single earbud version, these are the best yet. Sound quality is on point, the fit is even better than the previous versions and I love the new charge case. I had problems with the E19s battery life so the company sent me these, they stand by their product and are happy to make a problem right so they've earned a customer for life. And they really do have an awesome range, i'll leave my phone in the house and walk outside to the backyard and they're still connected! And i've ridden my bicycle in the rain for over 2 hours and the E19s held up just fine so i'm sure these will be just as water resistant. I'll update my review if that changes. No they didn't ask me to write this review, I just felt compelled. Solid company.

I was really hoping to write a good review for these earbuds. I got the E20s as a replacement for a faulty pair of E19s but I don't know how I would have gotten two pairs that were defective. The E20s have stopped charging even though the case is fully charged. I can see 4 bars for the case but when I place the buds back into the case they do not charge. Each time I pick them up they are off. I've tried multiple times but the buds have never charged. Sound quality is also worse than the E19s. I wish my E19s still worked I would go back to those asap since these have stopped working.

I really liked these earbuds...but they only worked for two months and then died. The worse was to come, ENACFIRE sucks, I contacted them 6 times and received nothing back...Even Square Trade insurance was no help and these earbuds were still under warranty. Even Amazon was hard to deal with because they were not exactly the seller. Needless to say it took from April 4 to June 5th to get any kind of result. Was horrible. These came from China....believe me no more buying from China!

I purchased the E18 wireless ear buds by Enacfire as a Christmas gift. The ear buds have been used less than 20 times before they stopped working. I've contacted Amazon to enquire about an exchange or return and they are unwilling to help. Enacfire has removed this item from Amazon now, leaving me with no options to remedy the issue. Stay away from this manufacturer and look at one of the many other options available.

I've used the enacfire e18s, futures and these e20s. The e20s are the way to go. After I had an issue with the futures having too low of volume enacfire reached out to make it right and sent me the 20s. They have good volume and sound quality. Battery life is top notch. I had to find the right size tips for a good seal in my ears, once I did I was very impressed with the quality and bass. They aren't audiophile quality earbuds, but for the price you can't go wrong with these

These headphones are good but I would not recommended these for working out or making fast movements, I notice when walking with these the pods cuts in and out... I don't know if this is intended but it's really annoying other than that if your stationary the pods have great sound quality.. I'm using them for my Samsung note 9 so im currently using up to date technology. I'm going to return these and get another pair because I believe these are just faulty
