I ordered the six packs of three and only received one pack of three. How can I get my other five packs?

I also only received 1 pack. I asked Amazon to ship the other 5 but still only got 1 more pack. Amazon: please make it easier for us to speak with a customer service person to correct this.

How do I keep the refill tips from coming off easily?

I use a very small drop of superglue to keep the tip in place. It works exceptionally well.

I have been using model 600rqa tips, this is model 601rqa, are they compatible?

I am using model #601 on my gum stimulator base. I checked the GUM brand website for the model number that they sell. It’s #601 as well.

Is this 3 x 6 = 18 refills?

The answer is yes, 3 per pack, 6 packs, equals 18 replacement tips. A very good deal I would say.
