Do you push your own wooden tees directly into the matt, or does it have holes for a rubber tee?

How much wrist shock do you get when you hit the mat after the ball like you’re supposed to do..?

Hello, we have designed our Tri-Turf Mat to offer a low impact foam cushion underneath each turf to minimize write shock. For reference, the turf measurements are, Low turf: 0.5" Mid Turf: 1" High Turf: 1.25". Please use our seller page for additional information.

We are an American company based in Irvine California. We employ over 40 hardworking Americans in our office here.
