How long does it take to feel the affects ?

As you know this product contains many herbs and it is in liquid form which is absorbed quickly.Each herb will react with your system differently. However the effects of Gotu Kola ,the first ingredient,you will feel almost immediately as it is a stimulant like coffee.I have not taken this particular herbal remedy so the long term affect of the other components I cannot comment on.

Is there a pill formula of this?

This product has an accelerant that gets it working quickly. If there is a pill form, I wouldn't take it.
