Item is functional but fiddly. The previous incarnation of ibridges are easier and more stable by far. But you cannot get one as yet with an usb-c connection so if you have the latest iPad and want some extra storage or backup then you have to use this. If an iBridge 3 is ever produced with an usb- c connection then I think that this unit will be sidelined even though it cost the best part of £100. As as an afterthought, the battery powering the unit appears non replaceable. How long will it run until the battery fails and you have a non functional unit?

DO NOT BUY the apps required are no longer available on either app stores. The devices wifi features are not accessible without them. I believe Leef company may no longer be trading. Their help desk is closed. Support emails are not answered.

This is my second ileef product - first stopped working after an update for my phone - upgrade from website didn’t work. The second one works via Bluetooth - worked really well until I deleted some photos to clear the memory and it stopped working altogether. Searched reviews, no support etc. Don’t waste your money, other manufactures do better products.

Enttäuschend! Wir haben es nicht hinbekommen eine Verbindung zum ipad oder iphone herzustellen. Die WLAN-Verbindung zwischen den Geräten lässt sich zwar herstellen, aber die zugehörige App findet das Gerät nicht. Die beiliegende Anleitung hilft nicht weiter. Wenn man auf der Webseite des Herstellers auf die Hilfe-Seite geht, bekommt man die Info, dass diese Seite nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Schreibt man an die angegebene Service-Emailadresse des Hersteller bekommt man eine Fehlermeldung zurück, dass die Adresse nicht existiert. Alles sehr zweifelhaft... Also besser Hände weg!

Ho acquistato un iBridge Air da 64 GB nonostante le numerose recensioni totalmente negative. Come sempre ottimo il servizio Amazon. Inizialmente e per molto tempo non sono riuscito a farlo funzionare. Come segnalato da altri l'assistenza del costruttore è inesistente e la ditta sembra addirittura aver cessato le attività. Mi sembrava impossibile che Amazon vendesse fondi di magazzino addirittura non funzionanti, così non ho fatto il reso e ho continuato a provare. Riuscivo a trasferire via wifi le foto dall'iPad al ibridge ma li rimanevano perché poi via wifi non riuscivo a trasferirle al PC/Mac. La soluzione l'ho trovata casualmente. Dopo molti tentativi volevo ricaricare la batteria dell'ibridge e non avendo il caricatore dell'ipad libero ho usato il cavetto USB3 in dotazione per collegarlo alla presa USB del PC. Sorpresa Esplora Risorse si apre e mostra il contenuto dell'ibridge, L'IBRIDGE AIR VERSO IL COMPUTER OPERA COME UNA NORMALE PENNETA USB. Una semplice nota nelle istruzioni avrebbe evitato tanti problemi. Io, visto che il dispositivo è denominato "AIR", ho dato per scontato che funzionasse in tutte le direzioni via wifi. Ma non è così per il PC i dati vanno via cavetto USB3. Forse questo mio malinteso è stato allo stesso modo la causa di tante segnalazioni di mancato funzionamento fatte da altri acquirenti. Io trasferisco adesso file video da 4 GB senza problemi. Avrei dovuto dare una sola stella per i problemi riscontrati inizialmente ma, come detto, alla fine funziona e anche bene. Aggiornamento: il mio non è un malinteso. La descrizione del prodotto indica “Possibilità di effettuare il backup wireless dei tuoi file su Mac o PC” Falso e ho perso tre mesi di tentativi per trovare che va usato il cavetto USB in dotazione.

It’s amazing. I have transferred all my music files and will add some movies for storage and to allow access to others in the room wirelessly. They just have to download the app for access.

Cela fonctionne comme un disque dur en wifi c'est sympa. Par contre il faut y mettre les données que l'on aime avoir avec soit sans spécialement devoir y accéder en permanence sinon cela devient vite lassant d'utilisation. Selon le smartphone que l'on a android ou ios avec le wifi activé, le téléphone ne parvient pas soit à aller sur le web via un wifi soit à utiliser la data du fournisseur via 3G, 4G... assez curieux d'ailleurs, peut être une mauvaise manip de ma part.
